Normal price is £9.89

It'll be worthless in a couple of years!

Hold it with pride when attempting to leave the country in two years.

Good deal

We'll all be as welcome in Europe as this deal was on HotUk

I never understood the need for one of these.

You have to take your passport out of the damn things every time you present it.

You mustn't travel much then. This is good protection for your passport if you use it often.

Unless you're a pilot much more than you. Been out of UK for 170 days at moment. If you travel a LOT it is a pain in the a**e to keep taking your passport out of these and would be the action most likely to damage it.
Anyway my 48 page passports only last me 2-3 years before they are full.

Nonsense! British tourists will be as welcome as usual - some will be welcome (those spending money), others not (yobs), but nothing will change - except that we'll get out proper 'blue' passports back, hurrah!

I'm not a pilot, but I used to wear survival suits a lot, in my last job, so my passports (I have two) took a continual battering.
Try using one of these holders, with only the front or back cover of the passport slid onto the holder. The passport is easily removed for inspection, but is protected from damage the rest of the time.
Don't assume that because you have no need for an item, no one else will.

Don't you just love the orange suits, spent many a flight in those myself some time ago.
