it's now £40.
The keys are a bit more clunky and tactil and the letters don't rub off the keys. There's not a big difference between them but I have both and my wife who is a pro typist still hasn't killed the beige natural keyboard and it must be over 12 years old now (it's a PS2 connector!)
I'm using this keyboard to type this comment. I tried it to reduce Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) on my palm, and I think it works.
Hi spannerzone, may I ask why you think the older beige versions are better? Many thanks.
If the zoom slider could be repurposed for vertical scrolling I'd be allover it. As is, will prob wait out to get another Sculpt Ergonomic for work. Nice deal OP
It has indeed. Maybe a price glitch?
Showing as £694 for me.
The last time I checked I had posted 82 deals so not sure what he's on about!
Terrible, always a shame when a rebuttal includes "you don't post deals" here, maybe everyone should post one to be able to see the site? The majority of users do not post deals. The majority of visitors do not post comments.
Okay then. Look at Tesco direct. They are great with customer service in every instance I've had to contact them. Amazon is also one of the best out there and it only gets a 5.0 People are more likely to write a review when they have a bad experience.
Yes me too, meanwhile i got myslef https://www.scan.co.uk/products/24-asus-rog-mg248q-tn-panel-amd-freesync-1920x1080-1ms-2x2w-stereo-speakers-35mm-audio-out-dp-hdmi-d
yeah, i decided to just get a TN one for now and wait for the tech to become cheaper eventually. I dream of £250 1440p 144Hz screens in the next year or so.
144hz IPS monitors cost small fortune.
are 1440p freesnyc monitors worth it? I as because IPS panels only available for 1440p, not 1080p at all in the market.
Benq XL2411z is solid, but a littlebit dated monitor. Viewsonic beat it with its extra features like freesync and usb 3.0 hub. If asus was 144hz I wouldn't hesitate to take VG245H.
Same seller Buyur. Mine was suppose to arrive on Monday but still nothing. Order shows dispatched but cannot track. Did you you received yours Buyur? Not holding my breath on my order..
Back to £550
Hopefully secured one of these from another company £287 delivered. Nearly bought the i7 version on Amazon warehouse used deal for £600+.
I was more than happy to have an older version with a mere GTX960 for £270!
Hello there ar 3 types of the ROG 1. G20AJ 2. G20BM 3. G20CB the best :P Check them out and you will see the difference between them and why amazon and other websites says GTX960
Mine arrived - very good monitor. And currently after no stock for some time there are two available for £302.58.
Amazon has reduced the price of this monitor to £302.58 effectively having me 1 on order (while thinking if I really want to upgrade from my brand new 27" HP E272Q to 32"). There is 1 more left.
It's going to be high due to the panel and the fact this is more designed for work than gaming
Not at 1080p it's not. I'd go 27" max at that resolution and they can be picked up for about £80 less
1080p res is a bit too low for a screen that size. 1440p at 32 is sweet spot. i have a 27" 1080 and thats pushing it really!
alot of the lower end xerox printers ormfp are rebadged samsungs looks like a samsung in xerox colours to me . nothing wrong with that samsungs are great but might be a difference in running costs .
Original inks are costly, but compatible's are very cheap. A very nice printer/photocopier.
Running costs? Had some older xerox stuff years ago nearly ate a big chunk if my budget at the time
Best of all it is laser
fail to enter the website. :(
Ordered mine but they made excuse by saying as the item is end of line can't full fill the order -cancelled at the end.
Did anyone actually manage to order this ?
They wanted two forms of ID. Cancelled order
Insight are a reputable IT distributor and will be fine - *disclosure* we work with them.
It's not :( I was looking at two or three different machines and must have mixed it all up when I posted! Expired it.
No, the X476dw isn't a MFD - doesn't copy or scan
Is this definitely a MFD? HP website seems to suggest just a printer...
Hit the wrong button there and deleted my post. Sorry saw the £156 delivered... Btw link not working
How would paying £109.99 + £5.99 delivery make it cheaper than £56.10?
Damn you... I though the deal was back on when I saw a reply notification. Heheh! Three times the price now.
HP Bluetooth keyboard case available for £25.33 plus £1.95 delivery here.
I installed the Perfect Viewer app, the PDF plugin and downloaded some sampled comics onto the SD card. Everything soars to work fine, including deleting of files from the SD card.
Hi I'm about to buy a HP slate 12, however, I wanted to know if you could delete files on the sd card like normal within apps. I know Jelly Bean Google restricted the SD card access to write and write, however, I'm not sure if this problem is still there. I like to buy the Slate for reading comics, so I be using Perfect Viewer and the last thing I want to find out is that the app cannot delete files from the sd card because that be a nightmare. Thanks
Yeah I can. Bit of a bummer, now I have huge capacity on my phone haha
Insight are a big company that have been around for a very long time son
Price you can certainly disagree with, if you know of a better price be constructive and show us cheaper so we can all enjoy your find. Surprised you have not heard of Insight though, one of the largest online sellers in the world. :p
No its not. Expensive from a never heard of supplier.
Less of a twist and more of a "well that was obvious" kind of ending.
There, right there, that's a script for an award winning 'feel good' movie with a twist end.
I think you’ve missed the point, it’s just about future proofing. People buying low end computers are unlikely to want to change them that often so being able to upgrade the RAM from 4GB in say 3 to 5 years would be useful. If you don’t need to then no problem but I see no downside to having that flexibility.
With what I can only speculate is quite an underpowered and underwhelming processor and the talk of non user upgrade able memory I have no regrets having bought a second hand 2012 model Mac Mini about 9 months ago. It got beefed up to 16gb and a 240gb SSD and is impressively rapid. I'd advise anyone looking for an i5 version to consider second hand over new. They're actually not that difficult to open up and upgrade and there are some good bargains to be had. Now a Mac mini with an i7 and iris pro graphics....that'd be a tempting upgrade at the right money :)
Macs do run better than PCs but the difference is vastly exaggerated because people rarely compare like for like systems. 4GB RAM is not enough if you want; 2 screens, more than 3 tabs open per screen, any kind of media editing. Unless all you do is basic internet browsing and document editing, you will need a machine that can have RAM upgraded. And if you are in that position, you should probably get a chromebook.
I cannot find any video reviews of the Miix 3 would like to know about any andriod or Windows tablets with keyboards that are like the Miix or the Surface in the sub £200 range.
need help. how does this compare to lenovo miix 3?
the link doesnt work anymore
Favourable review in PCPro Magazine this month too. I purchased the deal with Argos (including keyboard) for £179. Received notification that my claim for £50 back had been approved last week. They have quite a back-log as they have been swamped with claims. Not a bad device, quite nippy. Plastic screen will be prone to scratching, keyboard not fantastic, can't be used on your lap particularly well.
Thanks for this, did you use the code 4QRAX to get the £30 off when opening a very account?
This might be a more helpful link to people https://ifttt.com/wemo_switch
Yep I googled that before I asked, but on this occasion Google doesn't really help. If this then that. I wonder what all sorts of things this item can do... No worries.
Im sure they are similar...but Im happy with my Belkin ones....
They cannot fulfil the orders. Guff
No problem, thank you though.
No I never sorry I realised just before x
Did you manage to order at this price, may be interested in buying them off you if you don't need them and returns are difficult. The price has gone up to £7.99 a bulb!
**** just realised I need golf not candle ones haha
Here's a link to the nbc review: http://www.notebookcheck.net/Review-HP-EliteBook-Folio-9470m-Ultrabook.87571.0.html It's a good quality business-grade laptop let down like so many other business laptops by a rather poor screen which aside from being matt doesn't have any other redeeming features. But then HP is pretty bad at giving the option for a decent screen on the smaller Elitebooks (people have tried adding the IPS panel from the Lenovo X220/X230 to the Elitebook 2570p without any success as the cables don't fit - so I assume the same applies here).

The silver is the same price. http://www.uk.insight.com/en-gb/productinfo/tablets-pdas-and-smartphones/0002537363-00000001 The 32GB are about £347.99 http://www.uk.insight.com/en-gb/productinfo/tablets-pdas-and-smartphones/0003962934-00000001
They still do :-(
If there is no list of makes of tablets of what you can trade up , and then they refuse to accept your tradeup tablet because your tablet is not on there list then it makes there terms an conditions void! As they have not been open with there terms, also the terms do not explain if the price you paid for your new linx would make a difference to whether you can trade up, I notice that most of the sellers they have mentioned have sale prices on these items, which is why I purchased mine, staples £79.99 for a 10" then take of the £50 = £29.99 after I have sent back my tadeup.Anyone had problems for any of the reasons above?
Thanks for that was not sure if the connectors were the same or the name of them, but yes would be great if you could charge via that connector, I have tried looking but the info is so sparse :(
yup, the keyboard is connected by sprung 'pogo pins'. They're a standard fit across a range of tablets, so also may find future accessories (the keyboard isn't unique to the linx for example) and if some of the pins were for power and able to charge in a dock like the playbook then that would be great. I haven't been able to find a pin diagram anywhere though.
if you look at the pics in these 2 links "no", the usb is on the left when your looking at the screen, and the KY connects by the looks of it by one of those magnetic links like the playbook in the dock http://www.ebuyer.com/664367-linx-10-windows-8-tablet-pc-black-linx10b http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3099331.htm
Misprices are the best deals of all. I was able to get the htc m8 for £260 from o2 because someone posted a misprice.
I wasnt wearing my shocked face
cancellation email received :)
see the sales of goods act and an invitation to treat. until they ship your offer, they dont have to do jack iro honouring it. Its the same as being in a shop and the ticket price being wrong. 9 times out of 10 they would honour it, but they can legally refuse to if its a genuine mistake. now if they were doing it all the time, it would be a different matter, and trading standards would have to get involved.
Was contacted yesterday. Item cannot be obtained.
Ordered, but got a cancellation emailed saying that this "item should not be be on our website and is being removed". So not likely to honour to anyone who ordered it.
what does pricing type 'demo' mean? is this keyboard used for demo and thus not brand new?
Obviously a misprice because every other product is more or less the overpriced Microsoft rrp. £64 for a surface pro mains adapter!! Really fancy a core i5 pro 3 but Mrs topazz would use me gonads for ear rings if she found out I'd spent that sort of money, when I already have a 64gb pro 1. Good luck in getting the keyboard though.
