For this phone the code AN35 should be used.

It comes with a real thermal camera from FLIR. A Lepton 3.5 sensor is built into the phone.
The thermal resolution is 160x120 pixels, it has a sensitivity of <50 milli Kelvin and a field of view of 57°. The measurement range is from -10°C to 400°C.

Similar thermal cameras (without the phone) usually cost over £200.

You can for example use the camera to detect faults in electronic devices for repairs (for example if a capacitor is shorted it will get hot).

The phone itself is solid, the only drawback being the lack of 5G support. The battery has almost 10,000 mAh and like pretty much all Ulefones, it's a rugged smartphone that's resistant to water, dust and drops.

USP for this phone is built in FLIR camera and 9600mAh mega battery.

The Helio G99 chipset is equivalent to Snapdragon 680 in performance, around that level. Not as good as Snapdragon 695G. It has 12GB RAM (no one knows why) and 66W charging. It's £150 phone performance but the FLIR / 9600mAh extras help bump up the price due to their uniqueness in a phone.

It says 17GB RAM but it's definitely 12GB RAM + 5GB 'RAM' is actually from using the inbuilt storage. So disable that in the settings if possible as the memory management will be crap and it will lag with this feature enabled most likely.

I like the idea of the inbuilt FLIR camera and the high capacity battery.

Thanks OP. Specs look amazing. However I was a big fan of Ulefone and used to defend them against negative posts on the net.

Until my one started updating itself. It was getting very hot and you could not turn it off..
The next time it did it the phone was so hot, it bricked itself and has been a dead paper weight since.
Would be interested to hear if anyone else has had similar problems with them?

I am looking for a thermal camera as well. Not a bad deal, but the VAT and Customs will increase that price significantly.

Since brexit you pay the taxes when ordering it, so shouldn't have any import duties.

I'm on my third Ulefone mobile phone and they just keep getting better. If you have a need for a FLIR camera then this is a pretty good deal. The phones are very reliable and appear to be very pioneering. The ruggedised phones are virtually indestructable.
