+1 on this point. Even though you could probably use it for quite some time it's still a little expensive for what it is.
Get out of my pub.

Very, very sure. This is terrible value for money.
>6 year old processor and a 1050ti = ULTRA FAST

I'll have some of what you're smoking.

Lolno.

Sure. Buy a mid tower business PC (HP or Dell are most common) Haswell i7 4770 or 4790 PC. Any of them will take a GTX 1050Ti without further modification. Check out Elitedesk 800 G1 listings. Then retrofit SSDs and RAM to match specs above. Even with inflated SSD prices it'll be cheaper and more up to date tech. You don't even have PCIe 3.0 with the build you posted.

it is an old processor - mine is still going strong and its 4yr old - its not as fast anymore compared to some of the newer versions

You do realize building a PC is completely easy? And will literally save you hundreds of pounds. The fact that you have a budget of £700-1000 means you can't afford to lose hundreds over such a simple matter. Takes about an hour MAX to build a PC and install Windows.

Please don't think putting PC components together is a difficult task. The premium you are seemingly willing to pay for someone to put together very expensive (and *occasionally* rather delicate) Lego blocks together is crazy. Have some fun - get some parts, insert them into one another, and laugh at how much money you save...

going to get 1600 ryzen build and build it myself .

G4560
2TB Hard Drive
GTX 1060 6gb
16gb DDR4 2400
Mini itx B250 motherboard
SG13 ITX case
Low profile CPU fan and a case fan

Less than two hours of "lego" later (would have been even quicker in a standard size case) I had a perfect under the telly 1080p/ultra 1440p/ mid to high PC for about 480 quid

It really is foolish to not build your own

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/fvjFLD this good for a grand?

Similar for £890. Halved the RAM cause the prices are inflated atm, 8GB will probably be enough and you can buy another stick when it is cheaper. The SSD prices are also twice what they have been. Otherwise just gone for a less flashy motherboard and case, but a cheaper and more solid PSU imo. The graphics card you can get for nearer £300 if you wait for a deal on here. Personally I'd go a generation old intel build off ebay, but here is a ryzen build.

And here is a more expensive, less powerful build.. but its Mini ITX. Throwing it out there cause love mini itx.

ULTRA FASTTT. Lol no.

USB 2.0 wow old tech. While the 2600 is old tech is still a decent processor. that being said this listing is aimed at those too scared to build one.

There all over ebay, never seen one quite this cheap but something like encore-pc.co.uk/sto…ory is what i'd imagine he means. Bit more RAM, 1050ti and you'll play pretty much anything as good as a PS4 would. Heres one pre-done compu-zone.co.uk/ind…tml
Unless you can pick one up as cheap as he did though I wouldn't go that route. I'd build my own for around the same price with newer components or it that's not something you want to try or would enjoy doing then PCspecialist seem to be OK. You'll get a decent machine for <1k but expect to pay around a 20% premium at best.

Cheers, more than happy to build one, used to do it for a living a few years ago. Looking for something as cheap as possible for my youngest to play Minecraft on, so doesn't need a blistering spec. Will have a look at parts & costs.
PMSL, more than 66 Sold.

So that's 66 Morons with no common sense.

For starters, its advertised as BRAND NEW, well its uses 5 Year Old Processors, states it uses Tier 1 boards form Intel, Dell, HP, so that clearly shows the boards are OEM ones form another mediocre Business Grade Desktop.

Basically they have bought loads of cheap business grade desktops that have been used for a minimum of 3-5 years everyday in an office, took them out of their original cases and just installed in an aftermarket case.

But they are probably making upwards of £400 plus a unit, so 66 who bought one made them quite a decent return.

At half the price maybe voted cold very cold
