£59 for a glorified pair of socks attached to a plastic sole.

Ha ha! Good try! Firstly the sole 'isnt plastic' secondly your opinion means nothing and is worthless in this post...now jog on and don't disturb whilst the adults are talking
Thanks to HUKD I have now ultraboosts for 7 years.

Great price for the ultraboost trainers, don't think I have seen them at this price before. Bought a pair when they first came out and they're still going strong. Use them for running about 20km a week.
Bought one. Thanks OP
Grey ones are also reduced, didn't have my size though.
Won’t work for me either
Guess it’s just on selected items or the 1st item in your basket. I ordered 2 pairs of Ultra Boosts, only the red ones got the 20% taken off. Was still a good price for the other pair I liked so got em anyway... call it 10% off both of them

Bought two pairs for this price last week.

Thought that they’d be good for running but they’re a little too soft and absorbent.
Great everyday trainer but don’t seem too good for running to me

Is the fitting tight as everyone on review saying?
I got size 8 last time I ordered from the £60 deal from next last week. This time I’ve gone for 8.5 as they are a bit tight, but I’m sure they’ll give a little after a few wears.
Thanks op, worked a treat 3rd colourway this week

They feel great, don’t get me wrong, like walking on clouds.
I went for the laceless ultraboosts so can only comment on those.

The toes are quite narrow, they’re snug but not too snug.
Code doesn't work for me

I find them ok for upto a 10km run, if I plan on going further then I switch to my Nike Pegasus. Certainly wouldn't do a half marathon in them.

I found them weird to begin with, but soon adjusted, a lot was to do with fearing lack of ankle support.

I am usually a 10 and get 10.5 in these.

In Nike I have to go to 11

Hope this helps.
I have another 3o% do they stake?
The code seems to work on some colours not others, if that helps

?
I actually saw the code work on the Parley NMDS which went down to £60 so I thought I'd try it on the Ultraboost. Sounds its a bit hit and miss on what works.
In respect to sizing I strongly suggest going half a size up.

I would have just about preferred the dark blue colour to replace my knit air maxes which are about to acquire a hole but I’m really pleased with the red pair (for which the code works) so thanks v much OP

I actually paid £89 for the red pair on Monday and have them sitting under my bed in the box...looks like their going back to Adidas on Monday!

Knock another 40% off and might just be worth it
Happy to pay £59 for a pair of the UB uncaged 👌 free returns so no worries! Thanks OP, also went 1/2 size up, as find all Adidas narrow in fit.
Are these actually good running shoes or do people just purchase for 'fashion'?

If you followed the other post about these trainers you would of seen the price drop with this code. Nothing worse then buying something and seeing the price drop.

They are running shoes but are used for both purposes

There actually very good running shoes but really if you're serious about running then it's best to get a gait test at a specialist shop and then buy.
I think the code only works for items in the end of season sale

Yes, v good. Not v lightweight but great cushioning. Just bought the lace less version but would have preferred these for running. Buy half a size larger than you would for normal running shoes (I buy half a size up for my running shoes cf normal shoes and bought 1 whole size larger for the lace less and I'm happy with the fit; toe about 1 cm from front edge of shoes)

Or buy both the St and the normal and do the gait test later to return the one you don't like as these will sell out
PS did a gait test with ultraboosts and a few other major neutral running shoes and the feel on the treadmill was markedly more comfortable, almost like you were bouncing slightly
The other shoes were asics dynaflyte and do have a couple of pairs of them, mizuno wave and Nike pegasus (can't remember which versions but was about 3 yrs ago). All of the others felt similar in terms of sole but I chose based on fit to my feet between them. Ultraboost more comfortable than the lot
You can run in these but I found them very unsupportive, too soft. I think a mix of ultraboost and EVA is better.
I got the laceless ultraboost white. They are so white that they look like running shoes made for the Pope. Very strange guru looking shoes but great for running. (not sure about arch support though)
