Rather go for a good brand like samsung/lg/toshiba for abt 10-20£ more

My thoughts exactly - i've never been able to work out why anyone would not spend the extra money and pay for a more reputable brand

With a DVD player?

Bought one of these last week for 287....It has a samsung panel in it as it is displayed on the side of the box. Fab quality...up th tv snobs.

You also get 15 month warranty if you signup online for the warranty. Also you can get 8 years warranty (Excluding the dvd drive) for only 39.99. It's all in the box.

I have to say it the best bit of kit I have bought in a while. Great picture, soud quality good and build quality good and sturdy.

I could not find a combo of this size anywhere and I spent days looking.

great to hear this is the best kit you bought --also 39 quid is great i will buy

I have a 22" UMC with dvd drive in the bedroom which I've had no issues with, 2 years old now. I'd consider this for the living room especially with the 8 year warranty!

I imagine a better known brand will mean a better guide, better menus and better remote though if my UMC is anything to go by.

Could you please quote links to better deals rather than just stating you can get them. I too would like a 32 LCD with built in DVD and would love a branded one for £300.
Thanks
