While this phone will not set the world on fire with its specs, you seem to get a lot of bang for your buck! I have done a quick check and this phone seems compatible with all UK 4G networks.
(I cross-checked using 4G.co.uk and bands displayed on the AliExpress webpage, but buyers should double check for their own requirements)

It also seems they are throwing in a free clear case, phone stand and SIM slot converter.

The above price might change slightly when converted to GBP, as the price is set as $129.99 in USD. This is a saving of $30, on the usual price.

I have given the link to the official UmiDigi Store on Ali Express, but many buyers on here seem to have their own preference on where they like to buy Chinese Phones from, so below is a link to UmiDigi's page with links to other sellers selling for the Pre-Sale Price of $129.99.
UmiDigi C Note - Sellers Offering Pre-Sale Price

Even though it says this is a Pre-Sale Price it says delivery will be 22-40 days if you choose the free P&P option, which is the same as their other phones they are selling. Also Ali-Express offer a full refund if the phone is not received in 60 days.

One thing that irritates me with AliExpress is for UK buyers they automatically add on some sort of extended warranty for around £5-6, to ensure you don't pay for this, change the delivery destination and currency to USA/USD and this then drops off. Go to the checkout and change back to UK/GBP and the warranty is no longer showing!

Also sometimes it converts to DHL as the shipper, in the drop down menu you can choose PostNL or SingaporePost which are both free. I think by default all my parcels have used PostNL and had no issues with Customers or damaged items. After reading lots of posts on here, if you choose the DHL option you seem far more likely to incur customs charges which are around £20(ish).

One nice thing with UMI is, they seem to run a near stock android version of the software and seem to offer regular updates.

I have purchased the UMI Super previously, and was a great phone. The build quality and screen were excellent, it also ran all the apps I needed and was extremely responsive. I have however given it to my mum now, who is happy with the device.

Below are the specs for the phone:

MTK6737 (not sure about T) is an update to MTK6735. Both are 4G.
Which is an upgrade from MTK6580 which supports 3G.
These usually go into low end or budget models.

that looks pretty good value, does it support quick charge?

No mention on the website and Micro USB connection.

That seems to be more on the higher end phones and this definitely only a good budget to mid-ranger phone.

Any Chinese malware?

Pretty much the same except plastic. The Ulefone Gemini and Bluboo Dual is also similar.

The 'T' in the processor name is the faster version of the MTK6737. 1.5mhz compared with 1.3mhz.

Just received mine from ALiExpress, delivered in two weeks to the UK. So far I'm really impressed, great build quality, fingerprint scanner works really well and the camera seems really good. I've got it running on GiffGaff/02 and 3G and 4G work with no probs. It's got no bloatware on it, just pure Android 7. I had a Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime before this so I have no issues with importing Chinese phones, that one lasted nearly two years and still works great. Why pay crazy Samsung and iPhone prices when you can get something like this for just over £100. I bought the extra years warranty on AliExpress, it's via a big American company and seems legit. Great phone!

Pleased you like and having a good experience...

I do like how UMIDigi phones come with near stock android and seem to use the latest version of the operating system. If you get any updates is questionable, but they do sometimes do the new versions of Android. Like the UMI Super for upgraded from 6 to 7.

Even though I posted this deal, I had already just purchased the Redmi Note 4 (Global Version), which I am very impressed with. However the MIUI software takes some getting use to and not my favourite, especially if you have previously used pure Android.

I do like Xiaomi phones, my Redmi Note 2 served me well, but I just fancied trying a different brand this time. MIUI is an aquired taste, I got use to it, but I think the stock Android definately seems a nicer OS, even after just 24 hours!

I'm just waiting for some cases to start appearing for the Umidigi, I got the clear silicon free one with it, but I prefer something more substantial.
