HMV are taking pre orders for Uncharted 3 (out 4th November) for £39.99. However for this weekend only they have a 20% off code "20OFFHMV" making it £31.99. 2% Quidco would make this £31.20.

Could use the code obviously for other stuff like L.A Noire or pre order Battlefield 3 for £31.99

Good price if you have that much faith that HMV will still be trading by release date.
I'm not going to take my chances...

Valid point but they dont take money til dispatch so if they aren't no big deal, not really any risk if you look at it that way.

HMV = Dead. I reckon the 20% code is last chance saloon before stock is sold off at a ridiculous price to more successful Internet outlets.
Even releases like The Witcher 2 have disappeared from their database.

I thought in the T&C's the code couldn't be used for pre-orders?

at least 1 less hmv post then!

Tried pre-orders, new release and old games, old blu ray.
Code doesn't work with pre-orders.

They wish. I don't think HMV will be with us for very much longer.

Doesn't work on preorders unless it's glitching and you'd have to confirm the code does have a glitch for us but then it's still likely they'd pull it before you get it at that price since it's against the terms and conditions.
