Not true

There are a few saying the elasticity in the sleeves starts to go after a few washes and it shrinks a bit. You never know if they have washed it at 60c or something though.

I get the feeling UA stuff it pretty crummy though and seems to be the name people are paying for. I looked on their site during Black Friday and almost everything was polyester...

Not sure about that , I have a few UA clothing and all was well at 40 .
But this is a fleece style hoodie so fleece is designed to wash every few wears , like fleece jackets you wear then a couple of weeks later you wash as long as you haven't been wearing it everyday .

What did UA do?

Basically, they billed hundreds of people then no comms for about 3 weeks then informed everyone they had some kind of 'pricing error' and we had to wait a few more weeks for them to refund the orders.

How could you forget? It was like the worst customer experience I've ever had. Their communication was downright rude after their own incompetence.

All I remember is I had an email for cancellation and the money was returned after some time. It was a very low priced order hence I don't remember

For me, for my £60 order it didn't matter *so* much - it was mainly the audacity of waiting weeks to return my money. But yeah, never again. Also they have a really sketchky corporate culture and were caught allowing their execs to put strippers on expenses etc..
Bought thanks OP heat added
