Yep, saw some of these in the Great Yarmouth (Gapton Hall) store. Heated!

Had a load of these last year, near impossible to get under my doors. threw them away after a couple of days. Waste of money.

Agree. Useless gadget, never works as it should and looks stupid when in place.

You're better getting those metal strips with the brush bit hanging down that screw onto the bottom of the door.

I had a couple of these last year. They are hideous and because they are folded in the box, they don't sit straight next to the door. They don't work unless your door has a relatively small gap because each side needs to be quite smug next to the door. In which case, you probably don't need this because there probable isn't much of a draft. Mine went in the bin within a week. Avoid!

Not suitable for carpet, use for wood / lino / tiles.

Mine work absolutely fine with carpet, but they weren't folded in a box so lay straight on floor.

I second that. These are rubbish. Bought on Saturday. Tried under a door with a large gap and it just got crushed by the door. Material is a black silky type of material and looks like it will rip easily. Quite tacky looking too. Avoid.

perfect if you have a loft conversion and a door that rarely get used. Have some heat and some extra heat for my house

The whole point of these things is to conserve resources. Congratulations on contributing to our landfill problem you tool.

Been using one of these for a couple of years. Works perfectly.

Yes - these are total CRAP

one pound wasted on a piece of tat !!!! Very much a waste of a box and wish i had the nerve 2 take it back but that would cost me more in travel expenses.

just been and looked at these and they are not of the same quality as the amazon version.

the picture of the item is misleading. The item is 2 foam tubes that are cut to the length of the door, and put inside some silky material. The foam is stuffed inside the packaging, so it has 2permanent bends in it, and also the silk material is loose around the bottom of the door. I doubt any of similar items would work for every door, considering the difference in thickness of doors.

I'll third that: also bought one a couple years ago and it wouldn't fit under external door. Possibly it would have internally, but due to the folds it just doesn't sit right. Cheap but just no use.

Terrible. Just terrible. Even for a quid.

good deal

I bought something similar to this off eBay, but the seller allowed you to specify the colour, width and length etc - cost more mind.
