if its all about new customer, where is thier loyalty to the people that stick with them?if anything they're more likely to leave if only new customers get all the benefit
new customers only - *COLD FROM ME*
Have this week switched to NOW TV, as my discounted period with Sky came to an end. They upped the price by 15%, as well as excluded the movies and box sets that I previously had! They were playing hardball with me and so I decided to vote with my feet, albeit I have moved to one of their subsidiaries in NOW TV!
So far I am reasonably pleased with the service, although I hate not being able to record or pause.

If you have an Xbox, you can use that too i.e. you don’t have to buy a stick or set top box if you have access to a gaming console. Doing this at the moment and so far it is working quite well, even though the app gets absolutely slated!
Many won’t know, but later in the year you will be able to record NOW TV through BTTV!

Gone are those days of being a "Beta Tester" for Now TV when it first came about. A years worth of Sky Movies for £35.88 @ £2.99 per month is about as good as it got for me

In business, customer aquisition is greater than customer service sadly.

Isn't it 720p like Sly Sports via Now TV?
Full 1080p was due last year they said, did it ever happen?

Use the chat option on their website, they will probably just ask you to provide the serial number off the card and they should be able to tell if its been used already.
I know the chat option can be a pain to use, but its gets you the best results.

I took the movies and entertainment offer around black Friday. Some times the quality drops into standard definition quality which robs the enjoyment of what your watching, a lot of the films are old and some of the new stuff is rubbish. Theres the odd top movie or program, but again you have to except sub par sound and picture quality. Netflix and Amazon are far superior services and have good content. I haven't used now TV for two weeks, Netfli is used every day and Amazon here and there.

Lucky bugga!(y)
A way around obtaining this package for slightly cheaper for existing customers; 1.Go to cancel down your movies subscription. You will be asked if you would like to continue for 4.99 a month, choose yes. 2. Buy 3 x 2 month entertainment passes from cdkeys at £3.70 each (£11.10 total). Walaa 6 month movies and entertainment at less than £42

Yep just switching emails used to do the trick, but I draw the line at switching banks to save £1 or so for a 2 week trail

Buy a pen.
720p hd and stereo sound, I bought movies, now I think what's the point. Cheap movies in poor quality and sky wonders why people download content. Netflix is king of value, decent content upto 4k, hdr/ dolby vision with surround sound and dolby atmos. Only a 4k blu-ray offers better in terms of picture and sound quality. Now TV and sky need to get a grip and sort this out. I'd rather rent the latest movies at a fiver from iTunes so I don't miss out on quality of picture and sound for must see movies or buy from CEX and trade in a few days later. CEX is basically a rental store, other than in name and often cheaper to buy and trade in than to rent.
This is great. I've always liked their film selection with has some great ones on there you can't get anywhere else (Peter rabbit, infinity war etc). Always thought the quality was fine and especially with entertainment, if you don't have sky 1 HD then the TV programmes look much better.

I agree. I had a similar issue with a voucher, the online chat just gave me a new code to replace mine. It seems that the vouchers in the box expire.

Sound in Now TV great using AV amplifier, especially recent movies. 720p pretty good in practice, obviously high time 4 full HD rollout. Better films than Netflix or Amazon, nice to have live channels too, great-looking, intuitive interface. Amazing promotions means there's usually better value to be found in Now TV than competition.

Yeah OK value but the lack of surround sound/ stereo only and 720p hd if your lucky is poor by today's standards. Buying now tv movies for the year leaves me with that a bit ripped off feeling after similar to when I bought a Renault car. It was great value, but vibrations a plenty, break downs and poor quality over all.

Resolution can only go one way, namely up. Never happened to me downscale to SD, maybe with old smart box that can happen at peak times depending on area, very rare. I use new 4K box (cheap buy at £25, Netflix-compatible), no problems. Take into account that you're getting more recent blockbusters than other streaming services. I personally got lost on Amazon menu, too complicated. Hopefully full HD soon, fingers crossed no price increase - long overdue upgrade.

Had the same problem, voucher never used so I’ll have to try the chat option. They’ll be able to see it’s never been used hopefully. Need to find it mind.
