Fact is they are cheap rechargeables with charger, and It costs more for disposables, in even the short term. Disposables rarely last the time they state. I just paid more for enelop ones and I doubt they are much better. You are entitled to your opinion, thanks!

Yes sorry didnt realise the P&P being £3.59. DOH! Not a good deal. Sorry folks!

1300mAh are far too weak for my purposes and the charger is slow. Cold from me.

Liddle ol' me

Completely agree with both points. Also available from Play for £5 delivered, but not hot from them either....

I like eBuyer, but this is cold from me I'm afraid

As mentioned above Play.com are doing this same package for £5.00 including FREE Delivery for anyone interested.
Uniross Xpress 150 Charger + 4 AA NiMH 1300mAh Batteries RC101127B
I do have one of these myself, as I find the time is fine for charging overnight, and the batteries OK for sons Wii-motes, but not really any good for camera's etc.

You can get the eneloop charger (Pretty poor but dirt cheap) with 4 eneloop AA 2100 low drain batteries for £7.79 delivered.
7dayshop.com/cat…183 or their own brand which I have ordered for £4.29 (or £3.99 each for 2 packs which I went for) no charger but I already have a few.

Ridiculous people that **** this off - judge it on what it is, not if you want it yourself. Uniross is a leading brand, and this is dirt cheap. It will definitely serve a purpose for someone.

Feeble

That's just the point though. I didn't vote cold because 'I don't wan't it myself', I voted cold because its a bad deal.

Brand name really counts for nothing these days when it comes to batteries. The batteries are made in a factory in China and whether they end up with a Uniross sticker on them or some other brand, they are still the same battery.

This is a better deal:

Not great, but at least better than this one, 2100mAh batteries + charger for £5 delivered, as opposed to £8.38 delivered for 1300mAh batteries + charger, even if they haven't got a Uniross sticker on them....

It got a cold vote from me, not because of what it is, as mentioned I do have this set which has been very reliable, but because it is not 'dirt cheap' at all, and can as already mentioned be purchased from Play for £5.00 including delivery, a lot less than £8.38, a price which could get you something better elsewhere. This site is about finding the best deals available for a particular item isn't it?
