Sorry, this item is not available for reservation in any of our stores near bn229da.

Purchased 2 of these last week ( currys ) when they were posted

These any good?

1300mAh is way to less. Otherwise a good deal.

1300mAh is pooh but good for low consumption equipment like remotes clocks etc......

HOT!

Stock available in Hull, York and Bury apparently.

Rechargeable batteries die rapidly if used on slow drain devices, they are meant to be used on high drain equipment. They work well for quick bursts of stuff. They discharge rapidly, but also charge rapidly. With 4 batteries, they would work well for a Wii remote.

About 20 of these in the Salisbury branch.

just reserved 2 in the barrow in furness store thanks op

post the links please

Went into the salisbury branch today and got 3 packets for free as they were given them away with any purchase!

1300mAh is not much use to anyone in all honesty .....

Also at Currys if it's closer, gonna order for the lads xbox controllers.

Cheers, just reserved the last one at Bedford.

Nonsense. Its of use for many things, people use Ni-Cad batteries for a long time and they were always under 900mAh. They may not be suited to digital cameras and other very-high drain devices but plenty of other things use batteries!

Cancel that, got a phone call this morning telling me they hadn't got any, typical.

Terrible batteries in fact. They are essentially AAA batteries in cardboard padding to AA size. I really wonder why you would want something like that.

Be serious mate, there are no end of things these batteries would be useful in like kids toys, remotes, mp3 players, home phones that take AA's like mine does, assuming they need replacing that is, smart sealer, led torch, Wii Remotes, digital clock and more.

No they are not.Ni-Mh AAA's are typically around 600-800mA, only the very. very highest capacity AAA Ni-Mh will approach 1300mAH. Why would that be a major issue? There are many, many items where capacity is not the be-all-and-end-all.

Currys sold the ones I reserved. not very happy and PC world is too far. Oh well.
