Awesome wooden trainset for the young kids, just ordered for my little lad (but more for me as I always wanted one when I was younger...).

50% off, free delivery and often goes for not much less and sometimes more on Ebay where collection is required.

Toys R Us description is as follows:

This playtable will keep the little ones entertained for hours! The playtable has a wooden frame, 2 drawers and a decorated playboard with a wooden railway layout and includes table, baseboard, trees, 2 trains with carriages, a car, truck and helicopter plus much more!

There are over 7 metres of track and all manner of stations, tunnels and bridges. This train table also features electronic lights and sounds to entertain.

Compatible with BRIO and Wooden Thomas Trains.

**3% Quidco too makes this even cheaper.

We brought this last Xmas and my son still plays with it most days. Great value for what you get highly recommend

This was £99.99 last year so not half price

It is half price now though. By that logic very few deals are deals. OMG petrol was cheaper last year so 5p off per litre isn't 5p but is actually a 10p increase. ^o^

My friend's son has this and it was £200. Even for that it's worth every penny, he never stops playing with it. Heat added!

I am really surprised this hasn't got hotter, and has even attracted cold votes. But hey, never mind, hope some people find it useful.

we got this from toys r us a few years back it was £99.99 (half price and on a 3 for 2 offer as well)

I got this last year (for £94.99) and my little one loves it, plays with it everyday. We even built him a train house for it when we moved to a smaller house (Shed, with his old carpet etc) It is very big though and obviously you can't just put it away. But definitely worth the money!

Thanks for this great deal! It has been featured over on the HUKD blog PLAYPENNIES

Got this last Christmas when it was £99.99 and our 3yo son still plays with it almost daily.

Be warned, I am normally quick at assembling this sort of thing and it took me a good 2 hours, plus the time to set the track up.

It is mahoosive, and solid/heavy.

Obviously you don't have to arrange the track as per the picture on the box (there was no other guidance on this!), but we have only just started trying out different arrangements. It is compatible with all the usual wooden train toys, my boy has a few of the Thomas engines and Tesco do motorised ones which work well with this.

It's great to watch him playing with this, in his own little world, talking to the characters. His friends love it too but it always gets wrecked when they come round!

We have just turned the base round (the underside is green) and it gives a much flatter base. I always thought the base could be pinned/glued down but never got round to it.

The reason this hasn't gone hotter is probably because most people either don't have room for one, or the fact it doesn't take batteries and have a screen, as we appear to be well and truly in the digital age nowadays...

PS. His next present will be an InnoTab when his baby brother/sister arrives next month! (_;)

Bought this second hand of ebay for £15 (some of the train set was missing but thats ok for us as we're making it into a zoo for our daughter) I can't believe how well made it is, very good quality compared to the one in argos, handy draws for storage too. Definitely worth the money and in my experience the wooden train sets are a strong favourite and are very long lasting toys, my boys are 18 and 19 and 9 and we still have wooden track from when the eldest was 2!

I've just got this given me for my son as a present an can't find any instructions with it can anyone email me them its the universe of imagination exspress mountain rock train table 100 piece with 1 draw in it
