Think this is a good deal for those require unlimited 4G data on a rolling monthly (no ties) contract. This is a network called iD, which apparently use 3 mobile's(could be a problem for somebody) network. I could not find anything cheaper for the same amount of data. I have reservations about 3 mobile's network connections as well though.

Three offer unlimited 4G for £15 per month on a PAYG bundle:

"Unlimited" plans with iD have a 20GB data usage cap. Please bear in mind if you plan to have very high usage.

The Plan is Truly Unlimited. Spoke with a lady at iD Customer Services who confirmed it with her manager. I asked "So if I use 150GB a month that would be ok?" Her reply "Of course, that is fine". Tethering however is not included.

could somebody tell why this is cold? Apologies if this is a repost.

It uses the Three network. I've just got out of a 2 year contract with three due to poor coverage.

I'm confused,is any network or 3 only?

this is a new network, which uses 3 infrastructure. So its coverage will be as bad as/as good as 3(Just like Virgin uses Tmobile/Orange network or Sainsburys mobile using Vodafone.

I just posted this assuming that somebody who lives in a good coverage area by 3 may be benefitted.

posted just over 4 weeks ago, so it is a repost but is allowed after this length of time.

The red sim card is misleading. Looks like a Vodafone deal.

voted hot: uses 3 network (I'm happy with them), an equivalent package would cost quite a bit more from 3

Here's the previous thread for reference, some people may find comments useful:

it's orange not red, OK deal tho. 3 is alright in my area.

Also worth noting that tethering is not allowed.

With any plan that doesn't allow tethering, such as the one you mention and this one, the point is that they do not allow tethering, not that you can't. Of course you can but if they find out then they reserve the right to charge extra/disconnect you from their service.

This is a 4G and the talk talk is only 3G, that too for their own broadband customers. Appreciate you sending the link if I am wrong.

THANK YOU OP

If you read the whole tethering blurb it says if you go over your allowance , you will be charged for it .
As there is unlimited data there should not be a problem

It's been in my Wi-Fi device for a month so far, used about 12gb so not too extreme, without any problems

Do you mean MIFI ?

I've had no problems with 3 for 4 years now. Good customer service, good network service. No complaints really.

All their cheaper tariffs are very competitive and attractive, till you realise that if you use over your limit then the mandatory buffer gets used and you end up paying 5£ more every month.

this deal however, if yo use those allowances, then you clearly have no life

I think he means 3G, and virgine 3G is like 1mb download.

Vodafone is poor. Customer survey data points to EE and Three having the best networks. Three will be fantastic once they acquire o2.
