Do no, I repeat, do not switch over to these cowboys. I know someone who did and has had nothing but issues with them. From dodgy connections to extra hidden charges.
Surely the Sky deal is a better offer? £10 unlimited or £20 unlimited fibre. expires today though...

Who would deal with a company that uses a premium rate number for sales?

0843 538 6666

Seriously, this is what Sky used to do until they moved to 03...

Broadband with calls 2 year contract. Soon contracts will be 10 years.

This deal better...Check link below £16.99 not sure how good or bad they are.

Also cheaper if you get a 12 month upfront package out...works out £15.83.
Personally, the odd issue with customer services being incompetent doesn't put me off a deal with a new telecom company.

The main issue for companies like this IMO is will they even exist in 12 months time? Then the hassle begins.

Check on Moneysavingexpert's weekly newsletter. Mentions the £10 standard deal, and clicking on the link gets you to the £20 "fibre" deal. You have to sign up by midnight tonight (Fri).

I did it around a week ago and so far the switch process from BT (who I was paying a horrifying £40 a month to) has been quick and easy. They sort it all out for you so you don't even need to contact your old provider. It's worth saying that when I rang BT to ask if they could match the deal they did offer to come down to £30.99 and then £23.99 a month so if you don't want to switch it's certainly worth a haggle with your current supplier.
I found the link to the sky promotions and posted it shortly after my comment. schoolboy error on my part not to look for it properly!!! (mods must have removed it)
signed up. charged £20 as im classed as a new line installation, not just a transfer.
still bloody good value though

Yup, but this deal isn't for any of them is it?

I simply suggest people read up on the type of issues that customers have been experiencing with them before jumping in.

this is more like it. i dont think ive paid more that 40-50 quid a year for copper broadband in the last 5 years and ive been bouncing between sky, talk talk and plusnet.

one year with sky there was an m&s voucher and cashback - after i sold the hd box on ebay. when my year was up the years service had made me more than it cost.

Damn still with sky still bummed by their site blocking (can't just be me?) Still looking for a deal without too many horror stories. Always too many horror stories. Bring back o2.

sorry, to clarify, I got the 9.50pm normal bb. Ive been charged £20 instead of the normal £9.99 activation fee.

the fibre is 9.99 activation + £19.50 pm (18m)
copper bb 9.99 activation + £9.50pm (12m)
yh I was stung by the £20 activation fee but such a great deal .

I use PIA and need it with these. In fact there was a chance they scuppered that when I did a fresh install of win 7. Could not get to pia for the client DL, could not use popular proxies, most that worked messed with scripts so even if I managed to get to pia web I couldn't get the DL link. Finally got some smal time proxy that worked for me.
Who?

This is glowing compared to some review sites; on ISPR they get 1/10.

From reading various review sites, I wouldnt sign up with them if they were offering it for 99p per month.
Any experience? It is same crap as PlusNet?

try watching 4k or even 1080p youtube vids with that kind of internet
I'm still on my £12 a month broadband and line rental deal X) :P. Good deal though, not sure if I would go with an unknown company like that though.

Comical to say the least! Can watch 1440p youtube videos no problem.
In fact I just tried 1440p@60fps. Admittedly during the day you might get an occasional stutter but not at 30fps.

From personal experience, stay the hell away.
I'm not a one off disgruntled customer, just look at their reviews and twitter and Facebook, their customer service, along with their fast internet, is non existent. I left after 2 months of hell.
