Agreed BT are the pits, but think there is Quidco (£40.00) and a free Sainsbury voucher on this.

That's for new customers, I think the OP's deal is aimed at retaining existing customers

Needs the link updating as it's not showing that...

Been with BT for over 20 years & never had a problem.

Moved from Telewest/ Virgin to BT and after 8 years I am quite happy, seems like a good deal to me...
They are marginally better with their staff too ... hence why we moved

Apart from less money each month

I've tried sky and talktalk and always gone back to bt due to crap service
I'd never move again
I only left to save a few quid . . Big mistake
You get what you pay for
Hot from me as it's not a sky deal

Post corrected.- deleted incorrect info... - FYI last week you could get a £100 Sainsburys voucher with possible £115 cash back from topcachback... all expired now - This week £60 voucher

I'm currently with sky / was o2 for broadband only....
Sky offered phone line rental (free weekend and evining calls) for £14.5 , Free Sky TV/Instatation (family pack) for 12 month, Fibre - first 6 month £10 and second 6 months £20 and only a 12 month contract... far better than BT?.... o2 was good .... sky?No chance...
Looks okay to me as I need to switch my Broadband to BT

Talk talk deals are better unless BT spit their dummy out and make you a second line subscriber by removing your direct access point line and routing it via your next door neighbour, without asking your permission to access your roofspace .. keep watching watchdog for further updates ... BT stinks.

@zhyoo - looks as if it might be interesting. Any chance you can take a screen shot of the full offer from the BT site and post it on here please??

I think this would be good idea as many people are looking at new customer deal not as an existing customer deal.

I made the mistake of bundling my broadband, line rental and tv with sky a few years back - never again - was loads of hassle then trying to get out leaving me without a home phone line. BT have always managed to get close to the competitors offers whenever I'm at the end of my contract so stayed with them. A lot better service and more alternatives if I moved from BT for my broadband. I would never change my line rental again

Applogies zhyoo I miss read your post ....Deal looks okay if you have stay with BT which I will be doing

Normal BT price 20 *3 + 26 *15 = 450 (-£60 voucher on web site)
you were offered 20 * 18 = 360

Im on BTinfinity 2 speeds are fantastic and no downtime at all

Never had a problem with BT not sure why everyone hates them?
I recommend them, Infinity flies, no throttling plus you get free BT sport thrown in.

You pay for quality....that's why I haven't had a problem. Cheaper are available but look at the problems that come with them
