Not sure why you list this under arriva deals as it's not bus company specific.

Also, it's worth adding that the usual railcard discounts also apply to these tickets.

Excellent, I pay £8.50 for a stagecoach Megarider at the moment. This will save me at least £1.50 a week if I buy it with my season ticket for work. And it will allow me to use other bus services as well.

Does that mean if you have a network railcard, you get 33 percent discount even if you buy the annual card?

Inaccurate title, does not offer unlimited travel around my town (Swansea)

Wow, save a whole 30p over the usual all day ticket on the Nottingham one. Those guys are so generous, it makes me weep tears of gratitude.

not sure about season tickets (i don't think railcard discounts apply to normal train season tickets), but definitely for single plusbus tickets.

I though that railcard only work from certain amounts? Like minimum a fiver and that most plusbus tickets costs LESS than that.

Yeh this is actually available in Swansea as I have seen advertised for a few months now.

However... last time I asked for this on the train, when I usually buy my ticket in the morning, (about a month ago) he fiddled about on his little computer and said ohhh sorry I can't do it. He didn't give me an answer why so it looks like he hadn't been trained to do it and didn't have a clue how to give me a Plusbus ticket. I haven't bothered asking since.

In Manchester we have System One which is similar and a little cheaper

no, this restriction doesn't apply to plusbus tickets.

Thanks both, rep added. I would have just refused to buy any other ticket as that's the ticket you boarded the train intending to buy and you had good reason to believe you would be able to do so. If he doesn't know how to provide the ticket that's his problem and not yours.
