I did this a few months ago and was able to claim £65 cashback from topcashback as well, so that makes this a pretty sweet deals, not 5g ready.
I'm currently paying £18pm for this, so this has come down a quid per month, which is a win in my eyes. This deal is available for all following the get deal link

I had issues for the first month, but has been absolutely flawless since then currently getting 50mbps

i tried this and despite with good 4g coverage i got 1mb download...needless to say went straight back and ordered virgin and now i’m getting 55mb downloads.
Three has very poor bandwidth in congested areas. Its practically unusable in any city centre or urban environment. Expect speeds of 0.1mbps in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Three are having problems nationwide with signal and bandwidth. They keep trying to point the finger at user's phones and SIM cards, but it's definitely network related.

As soon as my context expires in moving my household off them. They've been awful.

A year ago I would have recommended them. Now, I'd say stay well away.

It’d be good if Three had any service in Devon.

Same for Bristol. Absolutely useless across most of the city. Even when there is full 4g signal the performance is shoddy.

Good idea, the AI Cube is great as well. I got this as we aren't an Alexa smart home, so didn't really see the point.

Are the mobile broadbands good for gaming yet?
Has anyone tried?

@indigowest2004 you mean virgin mobile or fibre?

6mbit downstream and 1mbit upstream in West London. Not enough for me.
Was looking at this, but Three I only only get 17mb/s and Vodafone 90mb/s due to 4G+. Can’t find out when/if three launch 4G+ in my area.
Great deal Switchy ....been happy with mine since the last deal you posted

Cool, no dropouts?
don't bother with virgin 12 month at £28 and then 6 month at £44 for 50mbs and £35 to connect it i just laught at the guy that called me the other day. You have to crazy to go with virgin or you have money to burn

Black Friday soon so might wait, it might get cheaper
I’ve got this. Great router, decent network. As a heavy internet user (800gb+ per month) I’m fine with 17-24mpbs download speeds as its enough for me to stream 4K smoothly. Had to disable the 4G in the router options as the speed and signal wasn’t consistent. Connected easily to my Netgear Orbi.
Anyone know if you can unlock this router sim free?
Great deal - heat!

Line rental is such a rip off and this thing can go with you when you're away or move house.

I'm in Newcastle and get the above 50mbps. I live a stones throw from the city centre, so clearly not the same for everyone.

We visited a caravan a couple months ago (I know, caravan) and we took the router and Chromecast with us, got great signal (whitley Bay) and the kids could watch their terrible shows on Netflix

I know. If all the networks did it, that would be great (we'll at this price point anyway )

Just buy a Poynting 4G-XPOL-A0001 Cross Polarised 4G Omni LTE Antenna from Amazon, or wherever.. it took my three data speeds from 3mb to 30mb

It's an antenna to use with it.. it can be pole mounted outdoors, or stick to the inside (or outside) of a window with suction cups that come with it.. Improves 4g signal hugely for me. Although i don't have a b535, I use a netgear m2...but this Huawei also has SMA connectors for an external antenna.

It has an antenna slot, so I'd say yes, thoigh I'd ont know if it's used for the same thing.

Yeah it does, i just read it has 2 SMA connectors, which is what that antenna also uses so it's a perfect match.

Worth every penny, as those internal antennas are mostly hopeless.

I accept it may differ per mast, but anywhere near St James Park, the RVI or quayside three service is basically unusable at times, even when outdoors. I've seen 100+ mbps in Whitley Bay, but good luck getting out of a 24m contract if you are stuck with speeds so slow and unreliable that even simple websites fail to load.
Is there a monthly limit and also on how many items you can tether it to?
just looking at my current sim and all the other providers and they all state 12 items tethered
hope this just applies to a phone sim, not this
my set up is currently connected is my crappy sky
4 phones
3 TVs
4 consoles
hive
arlo
2 echo
ipad
laptop

hopefully they mean 12 at one time but I suppose a bunch of these are connected 24/7
