I am assuming its the extension of this hotukdeals.com/dea…813 or have they launched a new campaign?

It’s an extension. They say you cannot get the offer again if you applied for it in March.

That other post was updated on the 17th so I guess a duplicate deal as such
Contract only or has it changed?

I’m not sure if this is considered a new campaign but it’s only showed up on my app today. I claimed the offer in March so I’d assumed they released another 500,000 codes but the last deal appears to have been extended. I’ll happily delete if a duplicate post though.

Its fine to stay - as the previous is a month old already - I was just curious coz I took advantage of it last time so was interested if I can do so again or not, but looks like not.

I’ve been able to claim it again and got it in March so I’m not sure why that’s not been the case for either of you.
I had this text earlier today:

Thanks - will check again then
T & Cs say one entry per person.
I applied last month and it ran out yesterday, so have reapplied today. I'll update if I get it again to let everyone know.
Contract only ?

Contract only or has it changed?

“Not eligible for Pay as you go customers”

I’ve just had a look on the T&C’s and appears to be contract only still, sorry guys
I got a text saying they couldn't add it to my account for some reason, then got another the following day to say they added £10 goodwill credit to my next bill for the disappointment. I'm actually way happier with that outcome anyways as I wasn't sure how much use I would have gotten out of the unlimited data.
Since I've been stuck at home on WiFi the last month or so I've barely used a gigabyte of my 60Gb monthly allowance
Cold. I'm with BT
ChelseaRae27/04/2020 16:26

I’m with Nook Mobile. You should Switch

Switch reference landed immediately .. Nook one went right over my head for a moment there .. two puns in one Buns? You've earned yourself a lie down

Is very me also for voxi customers??
I also took this offer last month and reapplied this month, awaiting reply. I only used 2.9gb last month so not over using it but compared to my 24mb home broadband 4g is 4 times as fast here on Vodafone. My wife uses o2 mobile 4g here and gets 8mb so o2 is a dead spot in Cumbria

Yes I got the same text messages and 7 days message on rewards as you. However the help team said it is an error. Hopefully they are wrong and we all still get it🤞🏻
I got this offer last month and thought what a great idea!! .....but it's really a bit of a con!

I thought hang on a minute where the hell am I supposed to use all this data???
Nearly the whole population in the UK is at home on WiFi.

I think that the people that may benefit are key workers who are still traveling.

If they actually gave a statement credit for the data that would be something but are bribing us with our own money!

40561731-5I2tp.jpgIf you scroll along “everyday essentials” or click “see all” it should show up in that category.
For those who had it from last month, mine automatically renewed.

If you don't need unlimited data now because you are stuck at home using Wi-Fi then don't apply for the offer. If others such as the key workers you mention, whether doctors/nurses, bus drivers, refuse collectors or whoever, can use the data then the offer is a good one for them.

Either way Vodafone aren't trying to 'con' you.

Mine didn’t. It ended yesterday and has reverted back to my usual allowance.
Good deal, but I’m only working from home and I’m sure someone else would make better use of this than me
EE have given everyone unlimited access until October 20 which is sensible and reasonable I don’t know why Vodafone are messing about just have a simple policy.

Still nothing from Vodafone to say it's been applied. Last month I received a message within a couple of hours to tell me I had got unlimited after applying.

It does say it'll be applied within the next 7 days when you click through, so I'll wait and see - though not holding my breath.

Personally - as someone still working as normal as a key worker- it's been an appreciated promo from Vodafone, as I'm still out of the house for 10hrs at a time.
When back in the house it's still used as my ISP seems to be throttling speeds and mobile 4g is way faster.

Deffo a good deal, if you've not used it yet.

No you do not get it auto renewed. So you have not got it. If you do they have charged you for it.

That's a auto response. You have not got the txt to say you have got the unlimited data. Unti you do then you have not got it yet. I claimed last month and again this morning, I will see if I get it or not, but I did read saying this was just an extension of last month and can't claim it twice.
Great offer. I had it last month and it just finished, but being around WiFi most of the time, I didn't really get to use it much, so will leave it for others to claim this time :-)

same here, only used a few GB of the data, which my contract has anyway.
No point taking, if you are at home all the time on wifi, so leaving for others
Pure marketing ploy from a despicable company.
Charged my elderly father an extortionate amount for going over his minutes for the first time ever while my mom was in a coma in hospital. They've been happy to take £10 a month off him while he never uses his mobile. He's never got close to using his 150 minutes and limited text allowance...they've also never offered an upgrade to that miserly allowance. But as he rarely ever uses it he didn't want the hassle of change.
He was the only one allowed to see her for a while due to the lockdown so kept in touch with us via mobile. A few days of use and they've charged him £160 extra at 55p a minute.
As a goodwill gesture they've offered him 10 percent off his next bill.
They're happy to give "free" stuff to people in return for advertising but refuse to help genuinely vulnerable elderly people. Disgraceful company!! 😡
I got the free data when it was available. Hopefully it will keep running this way
