May be a mis price, or the g word, but it stays the same on the basket page, so worth a shot, remember don't try it if you have any big purchases coming up, as this will affect your credit score people.

Why are people worried about the speed of 5G on a phone that isn't 5G? Am I missing something?
If only I didn't have to do the school run this morning I would have seen this before it expired. Bloody kids, it's all their fault

Has to be a glitch you can go for the 5gb plan from u switch and pay just over 300 for the phone over 2 years with the auto cashback
This looks to be the best deal for s10 ever... amazing price is cashback guranteed? Am i missing something or is this deal gonna go 10k hot? 300 quid for 700 quid phone and data and minutes etc...
They'll cancel almost definitely by dispatch time tomorrow, but is there any effect on my credit rating?

I'd say there would be, and proceed with caution.
I can't see any with the no speed cap unlimited 5g plan otherwise I'd risk it, but the cheapest plan available is 1gb with total cost of £265 after auto cashback - wow

How long would it affect your credit rating for, anyone know?

Vodafone do have unlimited 5G: vodafone.co.uk/unlimited-data-plans/

This must be for Unlimited Lite

@Mrswitch the cashback is auto cashback, so no claiming in instalments.

Some cashback deals you have to upload your bills every 3-6 months and then they send you cashback in instalments, here it's automatic, no faffing with bills, one lump sum paid into your account after 90 days.

Btw it's unlimited data usage but the speed is capped at 2Mbps

The unlimited capped at 10mpbs is also available for £35 per month, total of £440 after cashback, that speed might be enough for you.
Its so annoying, I cant risk it as we are planning on an extension. Its at the planning stage and we are waiting for builders quotes. I would have jumped on the O2 refresh huawei mate 20 pro deal mrswitch posted a while back. Mrswitch you are killing me with these good deals
It doesnt say capped at 2mb just says +2mb if it really is capped at 2mb thats ridiculous...

Because it's a 24 month contract so they do a hard check. You are essentially borrowing on a contract so it will check.

The average speed is just based on Opensignal so it's what the network is capable of without factoring in any artificial caps. It is a pathetic speed, but worth buying still as the phone is cheap.

Vodafone has 3 plans with their unlimited, 2Mbps, 10Mbps and full speed, this one says it's the 2Mbps by mobile phones direct basket page.
If I didn’t get the I phone xr for £17 pm , misprice I would be all over this , tempted just for fun haha

1gb is nothing for most people, 5gb is light use, email and fb...

20gb would be ok for social media uploading pics and mobile games etc..

But unlimited for heavy users... 1gb js.. idk.. useless for 99% of people.

I have my own primary SIM, I would just use the 1GB in spare phone. Better than 5GB of worthless 2mbps speed data. £265 for an S10 is incredible.

Look the the original post, 3rd screenshot says 2mbps.

You could try see if Vodafone will up the speed, but I guess you'll have to be lucky and get a nice customer service rep.

If it was Three I'd say that was a good idea, but since it is Vodafone I wouldn't bother. CS are useless.

Unlimited speed 5G plan with 5GB data is £342.

20GB is £351.

Went for 20gb if it works great im sure im allowed to cancel other 1 or return with 14 days or something so no worry now awaiting decision... will most likely be declined and we have wasted our time even talking about it haha..

Cant get over 5g data 2mb cap... makes no sense.. may aswell just say 3g... its clearly not 5g not even 4g... lol so tricky these companies...

It makes no sense to me. Who would pay £23 for a SIM with such slow speeds? All the people getting 5G are those who want lots of speed so it makes no sense.
Was going to order but its clearly an error and I'm pretty sure somewhere in those long terms and conditions, it's going to say thanks for playing but unlucky we can cancel everything and you get nothing
