Currently £120 quidco but it expires at midnight, so will have to see what else kicks in then.

I managed to get the £90 cb and £150 g/c

when you get the g/c I registered it and then paid the BT bill with it. you can also pay the £59 on the first bill too..

so if the £120 still kicks in thats £10 a month.. very hooooooooot good deal!

after 12 months move back to sky and grab the reward too.. been doing this for years.

I am sure there are stories about all providers but BT are just horrendous - lovely people, always very pleasant on the phone but they cannot sort out the many problems that their system creates. All support can do is offer apologies and make a note, and then nothing happens.

Mine went smooth.. never had any issue. internet was down for 4 hours once sky removed and got a txt from bt to say its working and it was.

just had an email from sky to tell me the BroadBand and line rental charges are increasing. time to change methinks

Smokin !!

In my experience the problem is openreach, not BT. I know openreach are also BT but it's a seperate company, and you end up dealing with those muppets no matter who you use (unless its cable).

Is this for new customers only or can you extend/renew a current contract and get this deal?

must be a new account. so use a new email address.

Really hot. I switched to BT in Nov with 125 GC and 130 Qudco. No problems since then. I must say BT smart hub is really very good. Prior to BT I had sky and TT. I would always struggle for range / speed in first floor bedrooms. I also tried my own Dual band Asus / TP link routers, they were only marginally better.
But since I got BT smart hub, I get really good range in all rooms, speed drop with the distance is very minimal. I removed all the range extenders etc. Just for smart hub itself, I feel it's worth it.

I'm due to renew next month, I wonder what offers I will get when I do. Won't be anywhere near as good as this I expect...

Who would you recommend ? I've currently got vodafone and it seems to drop out a lot.

Great deal. Would be interesting to see how much Quidco is tomorrow. We signed up in January and got £125 Reward Card and £80 Quidco then so this could be an excellent price.

is this hot folks?

STAY AWAY FROM BT! I was tempted by their offers (with mastercard reward) last year, but had to cancel after many issues over the transferring of my phone line. Customer services were awful - I would be on hold for about 30 mins, get transferred to another department, then the line would go dead. When I did get through they weren't equipped to deal with my issue.

Personally. Sky. I've used all the major ones (plusnet, talk talk, andrews & arnold and virgin media).
The only good ones were A&A but were a bit expensive and capped data, and sky. Virgin would break regularly for me.

Been a sky broadband only customer for a year, 1 dropout... for 5 minutes. With Virign I lost count after the 20th time... no speed problems, no wifi issues (although why anyone would rate an ISP because of the wifi signal is a bit strange to me bad wifi = bad ISP eh ??? odd...)

I signed up for BT about 5 days ago, any idea if I get in touch they will bump me up to this deal? Got the £28.99 + £8.99 TV deal with Unlimited and £125 Mastercard + £180 Quidco.

Don't want to be a chancer but hey ho here we are. Not getting activated until 20th March so I assume they would be more likely to adjust me to this package and offer?

BT are horrendous for existing customers. my contract is finished and I'm now paying £2 more so £46 for this. I spoke to them and they offered me 12 months at £44 or £39 for a 24 month contract. Asked if I can sign up for a new contract and told yes but still have to pay for activation and new box even though I already have them. If I want to leave then there is a £70 disconnection fee . All to push a button. Really wish there was more competition for a good fibre deal.

Great deal - hot. However as like others i've experienced BT's shoddy customer service based out of India who cannot do anything more than read a script while trying to help.
BT Smart Hub is rubbish; replaced three times. Ended up buying the BT original modem (Huawei) off flee bay and used my own router and the setup has been bullet proof.

I have Infinity 1 and my speed has gone down. They told me to wait 10 days. And still no sign of the speed going up.

BT has failed on 3 occasions to pay out on any cash back I have been offered via Quidco, They are fickle when it comes to cash back. I have had to hound them for amazon gift cards which eventually arrived but took nearly 4 months to sort out. Several issues with broadband speed in which I had to escalate the complaint and I had a complains manager assigned who understood my issues and did his best to resolve but in the end had to admit the BT could not provide the service they had promised. Outcome I am still with BT and have to accept regular Broadband dropouts. BT cant do anything and I cant be bothered to go through rigmarole of changing. Its all hassle in my opinion.

Smoking hot deal!

Dare I be the one that says I haven't had a problem with BT Fibre, albeit only 2 weeks into the service. The only thing that does annoy me if I think about it to much is the guaranteed minimum speed isn't quite there.

Edit.. I'm a liar

Wouldn't renew with BT if it was free!!!

I had problems with Sky fibre before I switched but nothing that compares to the problems with BT.

I'm only naming a couple of issues as my hands would start to hurt from all the typing! Double billing for the first three months, each time told it wouldn't happen again!, cancelling services on the day of activation just because they felt like it, internet went down for the two weeks at christmas, which means the tv stops working too...

Family and friends have had issues as well so its not just us.

stay away from BT!

Without the £200 card, this isn't such a good deal is it?

Plusnet do nearly double this speed for £30 a month and I dont think they charge £60 for installation either!

I found my BT connection was pretty good and the service was OK when I needed it. I had to fight for my Quidco when I got one of these Mastercard deals a few months back though.

Just leaving now as they hiked the prices part way through my contract which is a good excuse to leave and get another introductory offer.

If you want an alternative from BT then Origin are currently offering £200 Amazon voucher on a 12 month contract at £31 a month for Fibre and line rental. £60 up front so averages at £19.33 a month if you change again at the end.

I pay £41.99 per month for unlimited infinity 1 and entertainment plus including kids channels. After my Quidco cash back and BT pre payment card, it works out as roughly £17 per month.

I threatened to leave bt for plusnet 1 week ago because of the recent pay increase and they matched there deal of 26.99 a month for fiber unlimited plus 3 months free hd channel package on a 24 month contract im happy with that as you get sport for free too

I am just moving after joining in September on standard broadband and constantly dropped or managed 8-9 mps and they refused to send me the £75:00 gift card that was one reason for joining but said the offer wasn't valid when I joined?! When I said I was going they offered me the above package for £30:99 for 12 months after much bartering and will take a gamble on EE fibre with £125:00 cashback and then change again when that is up for renewal. BT ate no longer the company they once were.

bt and plusnet are the same company!

Theres a section on a website where you get 'upgrade offers' for existing customers. I got BT Infinity 2 for £44.99 a month including line rental. Was paying about £39 prior to this for just unlimited broadband. It is an 18 months contract though but meh, will see how it goes.

Exactly why I'm here too!
Just had it in writing that I will count as a new customer for BT (though I only moved from them to Sky for another deal after BT put up the prices back in June last year...)!

bt never again,no matter what.

All the best ones are more expensive but Zen are simply excellent

BT internet has been great for me I consistently receive 50mbs+ on wifi, I got this same deal back in September but with £250 cashback instead plus only a 12 month deal!

Excellent price if you can tolerate BT
