    Pity no Spotify

    What?

you included the amazon voucher to bring down the monthly cost - you can't do that because no mobile company takes payment in vouchers

Mate just go and buy something you need from amazon using the voucher and credit your vodafone account with £50 from your wallet and you don't have to use the voucher in one go....hope this make sense it's so easy

Yep you need the £25 plan for spotify currently.

If you're prepared to go the cashback route you mobiles.co.uk/e2save offer this plan with £96 cashback. Effectively £12/month. Or the 25GB plan which includes spotify for an effective £17/month. (Of course cashback isn't guaranteed but others have had success with these companies).

If you can wait there have been better deals which include spotify (as low as ~£10/month after cashback with 16GB data). Its annoying as our contracts are expiring in a few weeks and the cheapest plan with spotify has shot up in price We'll never use the 25GB, so the previous 16GB plan with spotify would have been fine at an effective £7/month cheaper.

well mate, if i did that mate then vodafone would take the £50 mate and that would cover two and a half bills mate. i'd still be paying £20 quid a month mate for the rest of the contract. mate.
Glad to see my hatred for Voda is not just a personal thing. They robbed me blind and I'll never forgive them.

If you credit your account with £50 on a £20 a month tariff, you won't be billed for two months then you'll have to cover half of month 3.

It's really that simple .. mate

So, he's your 'mate' then, lol. 6 x mate's, wow.
Providing it pays out, your better going via Quidco and get £65 cashback. Ends tonight though.

Thanks. Maybe I shall. But I believe that custom should flow to companies that look after us, go the extra mile, try hard to serve our needs and value our custom. On these counts, Voda has failed me. I ALWAYS give business to good providers and don't rely on complaints to fix things. Voda has lost my business (I was a customer for 25 years) and I badmouth them to everyone I meet. That's more powerful than a complaint, so my anger is somewhat satisfied.
