Hi - no I've got the email about Whole Home wifi but nothing for mobile.

When you think about it it's good to lift the mobile cap when you can't go out and use it lol.

Maybe they are rolling this out and will get one shortly? Or maybe selected customers?
stafo14/04/2020 16:22

Vodafone?

i got 30 days added of unlimited free recently not sure if that has anything to do with covid?
I have just look at my app and this is how it’s now shows for data...

40410658-G70tT.jpg
Data is now greyed out. As you can see I’d already used a bit of data before getting the text just now.
I do now have any broadband with them. In a queue on the phone...
Edited by: "H0TDEALER" 14th Apr
They can send 1000 texts at a time only will take them a while to get through every account but will be worth checking with them.
Shame I can't get them to apply this to the 4g min-hub they sent me! Between that and my woeful landline connection they may actually provide me with something worth having!
The Virgin M100 deal all over again!
If in doubt, post it anyway

Go to the Very Me rewards on your Vodafone account and you’ll find the activation there.
Nothing in my app, however its probably not needed as Im not leaving the house anyway
Would this be good for any Vodafone sim, new or not?
I'll be putting my SIM in my router if this is true as we get 120Mbs on our mobile signal but max 36Mbs on our landline thanks to the distance from our nearest cabinet. Shall I await a txt?
nothing on my bt sim - still showing limits
So far nothing for me. Still got my usage limits and no text
Just checked my app and still the norm
I know NHS workers have been given unlimited data, but not read anything about the rest of the customer base
Smart from them in terms of marketing. They know most of us will be home using Wi-fi rather than cellular data therefore they can allow for this as cellular usage will be at a 10 year low right now. Heat though, free is free.
Called BT. They said it was just for me as a backup just until my broadband was installed.
