Unlimited SIMO - Unlimited Minutes, Texts and Data for £25 per month with 2nd month FREE (1mo contract) @ Smarty

Refreshed 23rd Feb (Posted 7th Feb)
Thought this was a brill offer for an unlimited data sim. Granted it's £5 more a month compared to the previous three offer, but it's on a 1 month contract, giving you more flexibility to cancel should you need it.

No restrictions, Unlimited tethering, cancel anytime.

Add a Three 4G router for £59.99 and you can have unlimited calls and broadband for £25pm with no contract, simply top up and buy a RJ11 to BTS adapter and plug the landline phone in store.three.co.uk/mob…247

Texts can be used with the Huawei HiLink router app

If you're paying £20 for unlimited everything, I would assume you also have a 12 month contract, where this is a 30 day rolling contract!

Can you put this into a wireless 4g router?
Seems like a good deal if you're ok with 3 network.
Check cashback sites, you may get something, but I can't see this particular deal on tcb.

Yes, I can't see any reason why that would be an issue

I'm a Three customer and very pleased with their services...

How does Smarty favour, do you get lower priority internet speeds compared to the mother network?

Just some virtual networks seem to be treated far less favourably, which seems to be the case with Giff Gaff where I got a 4G speed of 2-3mb and brother on o2 in same location gets 20-25mb speeds. Also when Sainsburys Mobile use to offer a virtual network off the back of Vodafone their speeds were hideous with speeds under 1mb.

Hot for the face of a 1 month contract, gives giffgaff etc a run for their money
Yes I have done the same. Would check it hasn’t got any tethering restrictions

Like all websites hidden away
best part is that tethering/personal hotspot is included

Anyone with Smarty? care to share your experience of signal strength / customer service / speed of 4g please? Have ordered a free “3” SIM to test coverage in my area

Heat, I'm on the £20 a month Three deal but an extra £5 for no commitment is great
I currently have 17 free months with smarty, I'm on the 8gb plan. I got the free months by referring people, haven't paid a bill since last June.
Question is if I change my plan from the 8gb to the unlimited, will I lose my free months ?

Nope. You can use your free months on any plan.

Once your 12 month contract is up, ring up Three retentions department and they'll probably give you a better deal, and don't usually ask you to go on a new contract and is then just a rolling 30 day plan.
Also worth noting that this deal has NO credit check so might be useful to those with a less than perfect credit rating.

Very true , but it's very easy to pass a credit check for a SIM only deal, unless someone is declared bankrupt

Is there anyway to use this on business trips as well of at home? I considered a Mifi and home router, but would you have to keep swapping the SIM over?

Any idea of you can roam further than Europe with this?
Love the way Three's MVNO is more expensive then their own network.

The only equivalent product is the £35 PAYG top-up which has unlimited data. So how is that cheaper?
Network access prices continue to move in a downwards direction like they have since mobile phones became popualr.

Soon all deals will be unlimited calls, text and data - and very cheap too.
