phone payment is £0.00 upfront and £4 a month x 24 = £96

these phones have 12 months warranty

Grade B refurbs

Almost as good as new. May have some scratches, scuffs or chips. Refurbs have been returned to us under a customer's 14 day cooling off period, or warranty replacement. They have been security wiped, run the latest operating systems and come with a 12 month warranty.

if you want the 64gb iphone, change from 16gb to 64gb, select show more tariffs, then select tariff with £69.99 upfront, shows phone payment as £69.99 + £5 a month

Where is the £4 a mont tariff? , the cheapest is £15. Sorry I am a noob with o2 refresh.

you dont pay the airtime as you cancel as soon as you receive the phone and only pay the phone payment in full, £4 a month x 24 = £96

Thanks for the explanation, and they will unlock the phone as well?

yes, they will unlock on request, see my previous post comments, its easy, hotukdeals.com/dea…e=5

Excellent thanks - was about to pull the trigger on a grade a refurb 5s from the o2 store but this is better for my 11 year old as he'll only drop it anyway

Will putting a 3UK sim in this unlock it like the other o2 refurbs

Thanks op. I can return the 5s I purchased today for £175. Bargain!

£0.00 upfront - £15.00 per month
£11.00 of that is the airtime, which you cancel
Leaving £4.00 for the phone x 24 which you pay off (£96.00)

Check with o2 before buying, the refresh details on the 6s has changed and there is no mention of being able to cancel the airtime though there is still a link elsewhere on the site if you google it. There has been a lot of noise on the SE thread and it might be that they have changed the terms. Better to be safe

check out the comments on this thread, no problems with the 5s in the last week

The 64Gb on pay as you go is £199 put in a 3 sim and it won't lock to ant network , then no need to do the credit at all. This is mentioned on th 5s thread.

Agree last week and even this week in the 6 thread but check the terms of the refresh and it's changed now no mention of being able to cancel the airtime. Been watching these for weeks still haven't bought yet

Eslick - won't or will unlock ?

Eslick - won't or will unlock ?

Sorry putting in a 3 sim doesn't lock the phone but keeps it unlocked. Seems 3 are the only network that don't lock on the first sim you put in, put in an o2/ EE or any one after the 3 one and the phone is still unlocked.

Why is the 32gb model so expensive?!

you still have 14 days to cancel under the distance selling laws, they ain't got a leg to stand on if they try to enforce the contract and they know this, just stand up to them

So will I be able to cancel sim contract and pay off phone 96pounds and keep the phone?

If not then I can still cancel everything due to online purchase?

yes, exactly right, and they will unlock the phone for you, even if you get a phone with a scratch on you can send it back, no charge

Edited by: "grandads50" 28th Apr 2016

How do you select the 64gb I can't see where you change it... Thanks

Question. When you phone up to cancel the airtime as this is the first time do you need to pay the phone off immediately or can you keep the direct debit going for the time?

jamin100

Will putting a 3UK sim in this unlock it like the other o2 refurbs

Does it end up being locked to 3 and then you have to request the unlock from 3 or does it just stay unlocked?

You mean do you get to pay off the phone interest free in instalments? :P No sorry.

Why to do that when O2 unlock for FREE on refresh tariffs?

These refresh deals look great but they do affect your credit rating so be careful how many of these you do.

It's easier than requesting it to be unlocked?

Will this come boxed with EarPods? Will they be used? What about lightning cable and charger?

Thanks for deal grandads

It will come with cable only. No charger, earphones or original box

Anyone know how badly taking each one of these hits your credit rating? This is my 3rd one. My Experian rating is still over 950, so can't hammer it too badly.

which version of iOS comes with it?
