Thats a terrible price...COLD.

£200.......ouch!!!

COLD.

tbh its not terrible, google it, look on ebay. the cheapest ive found is on ebay

item no : 320445203926

but box is damaged.

only way of getting it cheaper is buying a network branded version eg vodafone for 169.99+,. i know cos this is what my sister did to get it cheaper, then got it unlocked.

Play themselves have the t-mobile branded one for £160 and you can get it unlocked via ebay/email for £6.. why is this a good deal?

The 5800 I have which was an upgrade from Vodafone is actually SIM free anyway.Although it flashes up the Vodafone logo etc. when you switch it on,it works 100% perfect with my O2 SIM card.

They do that with all 'contract' phones.. ie. unlocked. With the locked ones, ie. pay-as-you go types you may get an IMEI-based unlock code.

eg. advice on this page:
