Main link goes to Scan.co.uk as that is where I first saw the deal, however you can purchase products from other suppliers if they're cheaper. So do some looking around first. I think Aria is the cheapest for an i7 6700k as an example, costing £293.88 with standard delivery.

The main link I posted to Scan.co.uk has a table of all the Motherboard and CPU combinations that are eligible for cashback along with how much cashback you will receive if you were to purchase that particular combination.
You can purchase the items from any of the retailers I listed depending on who has the best prices.
Edit: Sorry to be a little clearer and answer you directly. It doesn't have to be a bundle already. You can buy a qualifying Intel CPU from Amazon for example and a matching qualyfing Asus Motherboard from Scan.co.uk. 30 days after purchase you fill out the cashback form with your products serial numbers and invoice proof to receive the cashback.
Think you have misread the terms of the offer, bits that jump out at me are:
So whilst I would agree it does not have to be already bundled I don't think you can buy either on a separate transaction or from differing companies and get the promotion.
In the past when I have taken advantage of these cashback deals it didn't matter where you purchased the items from. You just needed a serial number and proof of purchase. Although I did think it was weird that they gave a specific list of suppliers that you have to purchase the items from as in the past I have bought Graphics cards from Ebay and claimed games or cashback on them.
But just to be sure I contacted customer support to clarify and they told me that you can purchase the items from different companies. They just have to match according to their compatibility. Every Motherboard has a total of 4 CPUs you can choose from which makes sense as you aren't going to match a Rampage V Edition 10 Motherboard with an i5 6600k for example.
Hopefully that clears any confusion.
thanks for sharing
I'll put a few things on a watchlist with 3 camels and if they all come down in price within the promo period I might just get some new hardware
fyi aria isn't the cheapest for 6700K - it's amazon at 289.99 with prime
Good to know. I don't have Prime :\
Not a bad idea. Personally I buy all my parts from Amazon because their customer service is amazing. I've only ever bought parts outside of Amazon twice. Once on Ebay and once from DABS which is now BTShop.
No confusion as deal on legalities all the time and language of coupling and singular invoice is fairly explicit unless you have got Asus to override that in writing and if you have well done.
I would not recommend others take your word for it without also covering themselves by also getting in writing from Asus to themselves.
You will have to excuse my dubious nature with no online support answering questions at this time and no earlier mention that you asked them! Further, I can not see it cutting the mustard legally if declined on terms the defence of, someone I don't know, with the username Perryibanez said it would be alright. But then have seen someone on here previously suggesting you can buy two get one free from different stores (pretty sure they were having a giraffe).
I contacted them after reading your comment that's why I didn't include it in the original post. But you're right the terms and conditions either haven't been written very well by not including clauses that state whether they can be bought from different retailers and not including ('s) at the end of "Invoice" etc. OR the customer service rep I spoke to was telling me pork pies to get my custom.
This made me chuckle more than it should have. That damn Perryibanez and his shenanigans.
The I7 7700K was reduced by £54.34 and the mobo (Asus Intel ROG STRIX Z270H ) had a free game and headset with it.
Thought overall it was quite a good deal with the cash back at £80 if I get it
