3 items.
To qualify for 3 for 2 they need to be in 1 order.
Yet this miraculous employee put them into 2 orders.
Right.

£22.49 x 2 (assuming one item free) = £44.98. how could this be split into 2 orders with 1.5 item on each order?

Argos have some strange systems I had 2 reservations for the 3 items I don't know how she did it I think she over rid it in some way. Also the reservation system works out the unit price to include the 3 for 2 offer so I could of bought 1 item for £14.99 instead of £22.49

Can the free £5 voucher be spent on anything? It's not just to be spent on more Lego? Does anyone know please?

I'm getting strange splits on some reservation emails as well. Some come up with all items at full price, no discount.

Some are split where the items are not all in stock / with an item coming from another branch by 4pm - they are 1/3 of total cost on each item.

And then I've some that seem to have the items in stock at the majority of the cost, with a backorder item coming in at a smaller cost.

So, I guess mk3's reservation number had a cost assigned at a different amount to the actual item in this case and therefore got lucky that the cashier was happy to split.

Anyone know if this should work with the 2 for £15 toys? Got a reservation for 3 items all from 2 for 15 but coming up as 19.99. All the items have the 3 for 2 label too....

Ordered a few mid-range Nexo Knight sets - many thanks!

Can be used on anything the lady told me, it's just a gift card.

yup. I had 2 reservations to maximise the discount. Lego voucher got printed on 1st reservation, I used it towards payment for 2nd which was Lego free.

Interestingly, staff didn't know the details of the Lego offer, only that some Lego customers got £5 & others didn't.
