Buy a cpu at motherboard (optional with gpu) from participating retailers. then file a claim for cashback from ASUS using the link. wait for cashback. cashback comes from ASUS.

Best cash back £280 from RAMPAGE VI EXTREME OMEGA (£620)and Intel i9-9980XE (£935). + £40 for a RTX2080ti . prices are rough estimate
£40 for a rtx2080ti seems, how shall I put it , a tad incorrect ?

I'm assuming that's the cashback amount, not the price of the gfx card!

Wow you get less cashback on the most expensive item.
When i saw £320 cash back i knew this would be asking silly money. lol
Damn son. I'd have to sell both my arms to take up on this deal.

Voting cold as I don't know how I'd pay for it when I'm armless.

If you can afford all that, you really don't need the CB.

If you can get that processor for £935 then I suggest you buy as many as you can afford as everywhere else will be selling them for nearly double that.

I stand corrected. Good spot.

Can you believe that this processor is being voted cold
Hot uk deals.... it is a hot deal. Its not the sites problem if you cannot afford the deal. If. 200k house is on sale for 200k and you get a 40k cashback it is a deal, not all can afford it but it is still a deal.

But would the house be worth the £200k in the first place? Or even £160k for that matter.
That's what people get drawn into, wow look at that massive cashback/discount, it must be a great deal. Without a thought for what the true value of a product is. It's a marketing ploy, for the masses (sheep). Just remember the masses are the cash cows of the world's and, that massive pool of surplus cash, is there to be exploited. So that the rich can become richer. We've lost the ability to know the true value of what a products worth, as it's been hidden from us. We now pay what we think that product is worth to us. Even if you're paying 5 or 10 times, what the product cost to make.
Definitely one of my favourite brands in pc hardware! Heat added!

Apparently Intel are slashing its prices.. and about time because amd are gaining market share.

Yes.

AMD is right up their chunkers with 12 and 16 core options for way less than that (half price = £935?!?!?!), that run on the AM4 socket, not some enthusiast socket.

Intel are kind of stuffed though as it actually costs them quite a bit to produce their chips, whereas AMDs chiplet approach allows them to produce their chips cheaper. Going to be an exciting few years ahead.
MSI is also doing the same, may be not similar prices
