Many people will have availed of the offer of free Dymo printers if they purchased some labels. However, it is also possible to claim up to 40% cash back on those labels purchased, provided that the purchase took place between 1st and 30th September 2017.

Terms and conditions from the Dymo website:

  • Buy your DYMO® label maker(s) and/or tape(s) according to the terms & conditions between September 1st, 2017 and December 31st, 2017.
  • To register for cash back, fill in the application form on the next page with your personal details. Select the DYMO® label makers and/or tapes that you have bought, fill out the price, upload your proof of purchase, invoice/receipt and submit before January 15th, 2018.
  • We will process the reimbursement funds up to 8 weeks after receipt of your documents.

However, the good news is that for labels purchased between 1st and 30th September, this deal can be combined with the free printer offer, which is listed at this deal. Many people will have taken advantage of the free printer offer but to make it even better, if you purchased the labels between 1st and 30th September, Dymo will also refund you up to 40% of the cost of the labels!

I can confirm this works as I've got 3 printers and just been refunded £50 by Dymo as well!

I'm kinda hesitant in case they check to see if my printers still have not be dispatched then they might decide to cancel it good offer but will wait till mine are sent then I might apply if it still live.

Unexpected cashback is the best type of cashback!

That was my concern as well, but have now got cashback and printers. I think it is valid until the end of December 2017, but not sure if they'll act to stop it before then.

Just sent mine via email, let's see what happens.

Thanks OP and Dymo!

Printers? How many did you need? :O

Cheers for this...
But how did you get £50 ok'd?
The terms say maximum 1 entry per person and all orders have to be on the same invoice.
If you claimed for 3 machines the invoice would have been 3 different orders for labels?

I just combined all the invoices into a single (3 page) PDF and sent it in - they didn't raise any objection to this.

I'm a bit OCD so wouldn't have been able to cope if I didn't have one of each.

Nice one, just sent my email.
Ordered labels for 3 lots of printers. Total came to just over £200. 40% back would be awesome.
Fingers crossed

I only spent £65 on labels but this is still worth a go!

Did you purchase all your labels on the same day/from the same retailer (albeit 3 orders)? Mine were from 2 retailers on 3 seperate days so dont think this would work for me

For those who only wanted one printer and their labels total came up to £100 or less will get 20%. Anyone who’s spent more than £100 upto £500 can get 40% cashback

Just got my 3 separate Amazon orders combined into 1 pdf declined as they aren't all on one invoice and total under £50...

Oh well swings

Just got my 3 4xl printers delivered from France all brand new, thanks for the heads up OP

Had my claim approved

Just had my claim rejected.
The reason given was that the amount specified was different to that on the invoice however I sent the claim in via email so that doesn't make sense.
Live chat said they'll get back to me.

I reckon it's because I placed 3 orders on 2 separate dates and combined the PDF.

Will see what happens.
It's a but unfair to require everything be purchased on the same date/invoice. The dates are well within the time frame.

Perhaps it's time for some photo editing

Update: Looks like good news. My cashback claim has been validated. Payment within 8 weeks. Will get another email once it's been processed

Awesome thanks

I just got paid some cash back.
Unfortunately they've only given me 20% of the value on page 1/3 of the invoice.

Update: They won't pay anymore as all purchases need to be on 1 invoice

It must be hit and miss as to who processes it...

I claimed by combining the 3 invoices into a single PDF and then using the 3 separate sections of the claim form to insert the relevant quantities from each invoice - not sure if this would make a difference though?

I claimed by submitting the information via email as the website says you need to do that if you're claiming more than 5 items
