Don't think so, no. We both have our kindles linked to the same account. You can share then, but not with prime family members with their own separate accounts.
There are some free audible books, but nothing extra with kindle unlimited as far as I'm aware. It's just books, audible membership is a separate subscription
Ok, thanks. I had it in my head that there were some audio books included too. Maybe that's just Amazon.com.
Only if all the Kindles are linked to the same account. Some minor drawbacks to that, but it does mean that everyone has access to all the books ordered (that may worry some people!) and everyone can access the 'free' books.
It says that there's thousands of books with Audible narration available.
Unfortunately "available" doesn't mean "free"
It specifically states in the Ts & Cs:
As a member of Kindle Unlimited, you may read Kindle books and listen to Audible audiobooks from a designated list of titles an unlimited number of times for so long as you are a member of the program.
However, Audible states the following:
About 2,000 Kindle eBooks come with free narration, so when you borrow one of these Kindle Unlimited eBooks, you will also automatically borrow the audiobook version of the book. Also, about 5,000 additional Kindle Unlimited eBooks are Whispersync for Voice-ready, so you can usually purchase the companion audiobook for a discount if you are already borrowing the eBook version of the book.
To me, this suggests that Kindle Unlimited isn't much use if your primary intention is to listen to audiobooks.

Thanks.
Thanks for posting - I'd somehow managed to ignore all the huge Amazon banner advertising going on for this, probably because my brain's been programmed for years to block out adverts!
£1.10 a week for a couple of years for a huge range of books and magazines, shared between the wife and myself. Excellent deal.
