My bike is a complete mess - it was left outside for a few months last year before we bought a shed. Rusty chain, two flat tyres etc. Do you think they would fix this all up on the gold service? I guess I would have to buy a new chain and inner tubes - is there anything else I'd have to pay for?

the various servicing "offerings" by Evans do not include components, nor as far as i recall, replacing tyres or inner tubes.

also if chain is knackered, not just from weather but from wear, you may also need new cassette(s), most likely the rear and possibly the front ["cassettes" are the sets of cogs that chain moves on when you change gears].

also possibly brake or gear cables (they stretch) and possibly brake blocks. if bike has disk brakes then further more expensive servicing is possible

if bike has suspension fork then further servicing

HAVING said all that Evans stores are generally helpful, particularly if you go in at an offpeak time on weekday, and will give you a sense of what is required if you take your bike into the store.

The Bronze service is worth £15.
