Was looking for a Winter jacket as my jacket is worn out. Found this Regatta clearance sale and ordered a Jacket for this winter.

delivery of £3.95 should be added to all listed prices.

Don't forget 5.05% TCB

I found code: EBC10 which worked for 10% off AND free delivery (at 10:15 anyway). Hope this helps.

Tip.

Once I inputted my credit card details and pressed "place order" It stayed on "submitting order information" for over 15 minutes then crashed. I used paypal instead and order was processed in under 30 seconds.

Helen Hansen? it appears you=expert we should all listen to you

I think you meant to type "Reg Fatter", "Darren Bean" and "Karen Moore" though

These Jackets are a steal, have dat heat.

So are these good quality and will last ?

hot hot hot.
I check this site at least once a month. Some of the Tees & polos for around £5 are stunningly comfortable.

Not only but also, did not need a jacket but got other item X)

I agree with above poster
I bought a £ 20 regatta jacket off here
its paper thin and the zips are rubbish

enough said bye xxxxxxxx

I've had a few jackets from Regatta Outlet and never had any problems with any of them. They're not going to get you to the Arctic but they're perfectly fine for the UK. Watch out for the sizes though, they tend to be a bit smaller than you'd expect so if in doubt go for a larger size.

Out whole family has got Regatta jackets of one kind or another.

Bottom line - you are not going to get a top quality jacket for £20. Is that not obvious?

However, if you just want a jacket to wear occasionally when it rains, they're good. If you need one to wear every day then spend more money.

Totally agree with Douglas13
Those makes of outdoor clothing are useless beyond belief
Quality and fitting is poor, zips fail, and do not do what's stated on the label

£20 in the sale but rrp suggests they should be around £70-£90 so if they are worth £20, the rrp is rubbish then this not a deal

Mine has a 3 year guarantee from Regatta. so a £130 quid jacket for £40 was a bargain and I'm happy with it.

All RRPs are rubbish, who do you think sets them!

the whole family have regatta. perfect. however, just make sure you are not buying a summer specific light coat as they cater for all types. looks like a good one to me. May treat myself to one

Now I'm thinking.... hmmmmm....hmmmm

I don't find these comments helpful without a corresponding recommendation. Although I would guess any suggestion would be for brands which may do the job very well, but may well be unaffordable for the majority. Feel free to prove me wrong - I could do with a new coat!

Site seems to be on it's ass. Basket won't load. Good deal though, especially when combining the 3 for 2 with 5.25% from TCB.

It seems some jackets are on 3 for 2 offer too!
website also have big sale, ordered for all the family last week - coat, baby snow suit, kids walking boots etc.

cheers op,got a high viz jacket for £20,ideal for my bike rides

I bought one similar to the one depicted in the photo. The stitching came out of the inside of the pocket very early on. I paid £25 through eBay and blagged a tenner back which I used to pay for the repair. I may have been unlucky.

Maybe not the best quality but damn it keeps you warm!

Last year there was a regatta coat on here for a mere £20 or so, a steal I thought, along with another 1500 members.
So like you I thought why not £20 can't go wrong, it was only for work not outdoor activities
When it arrived and even after much deliberation on this site about sizing, fitment and quality
The arms were tight when I had one fleece layer underneath, the hood could not be adjusted correctly to shelter rain without imparing vision. The material itself was thin and this was a padded rain jacket. After three months of use the zipped arm pocket failed then eventually the main zip failed after four month use at which point it ended in the bin.
I ended up buying a Berghaus jacket and has since served me well in all respects. A little more I know but it goes back to the old saying buy cheap buy twice

The site is weird, when you select one the colour description is completely different. After readin these comments think i'll try craghoppers instead.

site running slow and buggy

they have an ebay outlet store, the coat i have bought was £1 cheaper and wth free postage via the ebay outlet

Be interested to know what you class as "a little more"... knowing Berghaus, probably £100 to £200 which I wouldn't class as little...

The site is hammered due to high demand :-(

Got the RMF226 Eastdale Boot Black in size 9.5 for £16.20 delivered

regattaoutlet.co.uk/foo…tml

Was looking at those boots but everywhere says they are very small, amazon says to order 2 sizes larger!

Damn. Wish I read the reviews first. Only ordered 0.5 size bigger as they didn't have 9's.

Amazon reviews don't actually mention the size, but the description does:

amazon.co.uk/REG…GE2

I'm not going to vote cold, but the zips on Regatta jackets are very poor quality., and that's the only reason I wouldn't by another Regatta jacket.

ended up getting one, for £22.50 (thanks to the code Calming Thunder posted) its worth a shot.

Just ordered a jacket for my son for school, fantastic value as used TCB and the code EBC10 which gave 10% off plus free p&p so only cost £14.40. Bargain!

Regretta...

I have bought Berghaus, Crag Hoppers etc and ALL of them leak I am still on the look out for a truly waterproof jacket, I have just bought a set from Lidl, the waterproof trousers and jacket, see how that goes.

Not tried Regatta yet though.

My craghoppers kiwi was waterproof for at least a year, getting towards 2 before it started to fail. I reproofed it but it was never the same really. Got a Gore-tex one now, very waterproof but quite sweaty!

My last waterproof jacket was only showerproof and their waterproof shoes leaked like a colindar on wet grass. I stick to products with Gortex in now. Not a bad deal though for a cheap jacket.

Ordered the hi viz jacket last week sent it back wasn't worth the £20 never mind the rrp £45 cheap and thin
