I'm thinking of getting this humidifier to go with my dehumidifier. Hopefully they'll cancel each other out and I'll end up with perfect air and a solution to my first world problem.

Duno yet mine was despatched this morning from UK warehouse but because there based in Asia they take some time to get back to you mostly through the night. I offered them £10 and they countered £13 and I countered £11.50 and was accepted. Also bought 10ml lavender & peppermint essential oils:

I have an online contact who works for them

Is this any good at humidifying a room or is a better to buy a standalone one. I don't care about making my room smell like daisy's I just need one to actually modify the humidity in my room.

Reviews suggest it is

Not quite sure why anyone might want a humidifier in the UK climate. If you've got central heating on maybe dry your wet socks on a radiator, otherwise open a window

wet socks and aromatherapy oils have (in most circumstances), different smells.

I'd hate my bedroom to smell of damp socks.

but each to their own I suppose

My house has Been 55-60% humidity for the past two months. I live on the sea front. UK weather is pretty dry right now and will only be getting worse as summer comes.

No I live about 1 minute from the sea, other houses are blocking the view. Not sure if you're being sarcastic but if you are I was just getting my point across that England is not always a wet and humid place lol.

Oh sorry I'm just never sure when to take Internet comments serious or not haha. You can just about see the sea from one window in the house, but it is nice to go on walks and jogs along the beach
