Agreed - though you'll find yourself forced to buy the other two books in the trilogy afterwards! At least this is the first one - I bought the second one when it was on special then had to read them all in the wrong order.

Pick of the bunch on first glance for me is;

All My Friends Are Superheroes - Andrew Kaufman

Excellent little quick read.

Into the Darkest Corner by Elizabeth Haynes is really good

Some good kids ones and when you view the books they recommend ones for as low as 49p and including all the Sherlock ones and others that get hundreds of 5 star reviews

Downloaded "Past Caring" by Robert Goddard. Brilliant novelist and about time I read another one of his books.
Voted Hot.

Yes you can. You may need to download the Kindle app to your phone or computer first so that Amazon have somewhere to send it to now, but you can always resend your books to other devices at a later date.

The universe versus Alex Woods looks very good.

As a crime, mystery & thriller fan, I've just bought the 2011 Amazon book of the year winner 'Into the Darkest Corner' by Elizabeth Haynes and the well-rated 'The Abomination' by Jonathan Holt for £0.99 each.

Not my usual reading genre, but I can recommend Gavin Extence's 'The Universe versus Alex Woods' as a great read. A highly-rated coming of age story that is both funny and moving and also only costs 99p.
