Think like many people I look at the school holidays as a double edged sword, on one hand, I love the kids being off (well at least for the first few days) but I'm always in a quandary what to do with them, everything is so expensive, even a cinema trip these days needs a few gold teeth ripped out & sent to cash4gold! Back in my day I was happy with a bag of chips in newspaper so I could read it whilst I ate & a stick to whack around aimlessly, but I'm told by my kids that's why I've ended up chubby with inky & splinter filled fingers, they want more out of life it seems. Anyway since I'm waffling, I've put together a few offers / ideas / deals & freebies for the summer hols, hope they help & feel free to add any you know of!
