U:POD - Nespresso Compatible Coffee Pods @ Morphy Richards - ALL flavours £1.50 with code

Firstly I'd like to say that I found these though a previous posting by https://www.hotukdeals.com/tag/profile/sicklysweet . Thank you. But the deal is now slightly different, so I thought worth re-posting.

Whereas before, there was a discount code - YE8, taking off 8% from the total order, now there is now a code - COFFEEPOD, taking 50p off the price of all of the more 'expensive' £2 pods, making them £1.50 for 10 pods.

There is free delivery over £12, or £3.99 below, so worth buying a few packs. I got two of each type for £15 delivered - 100 pods.

Don't forget 10.1% TopCashback or 7% Quidco.

Join up to the coffee club on the site and also get 1 point back for every pod you buy, so 10 per pack.

1 capsule = 1 point = 1p.
When you have 500 points you can redeem a £5 voucher.

I can only find positive reviews of these pods, so worth a punt over some of the more budget alternatives that have been found in Poundland etc.

DO NOT try to stack the codes, I made this mistake at first and all it does is delete your COFFEEPOD code. So I ended up having to delete everything from the basket and start again.

Tea pods are also available, but I shan't dwell on them, as who drinks tea from a pod when it already comes in suspiciously convenient and effective bags for a fraction of the price?

Here's some spiel -

About our Coffees:-

All our coffees are sourced from Italy and are made from Arabica or Robusta beans or a combination of both.

Arabica Beans from Central America are extremely aromatic with delicate fruity flavours and notes of chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and dried fruit.

The African Arabica beans have great body, great personality and know how to make themselves stand out, with have scents of flowers and sweet notes of citrus.

Asian Robusta beans are needed to balance the acidity with nutty, woody and spicy, dark cocoa notes.

The Roasting Process:-

Our coffee undergoes a cycle of slow roasting lasting approximately 16 minutes. This method allows the caramelization of all of the sugars present in the beans and promotes their best qualities, enhancing the acid of the Arabican beans and the intensity of the Robusta beans.

Modern technology makes the slow roasting process reliable and consistent and allows us to preserve the very best coffee aromas.

Cheers OP literally just about to go orft to Waitrose to stock up.
Just ordered again but 50p already taken off, so use YE8 for another 8% discount. Another bonus Free Delivery. These pods are every bit as good as Nespresso ones but half the price.
Thanks!! Ordered 100 😊

if you enter COFFEEPOD into the discount, those already discounted £2 pods will be £1.50, that's OP point.
I noticed in Home Bargains compatible Nespresso pods £1 for Qty of 10 Pack's
How do these compare to the Home Bargains ones? Don't mind paying more for substantially better quality.

I got the Home Bargains ones last weekend both espresso and lungo. They all have the aroma but absolutely tasteless, like having water or weak filter coffee.

I'm giving this a punt and see how it goes.

Quidco or Topcashback will not work as you're using a code that is not approced by them.

"Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page, or with any other discounts such as staff or student discounts"

Unless I am mistaken?

Sometimes true, but I've often received cashback along with using unlisted codes, so certainly worth a try. As always though, it can never be guaranteed, so should only be treated as a bonus!
Hot!!

I usually get Cru Kafe pods so this seems like a steal. Hopefully they're as nice!
Can you make good lattes with this machine. Thinking of purchasing a Nespresso machine
I've tried pretty much all the compatible Nespresso pods and have to admit, the Nespresso pods cannot be beat. Having said that I would say these (Morphy Richards) and the LOR compatible pods are the best alternative around at the moment. 🏼
Ordered, cheers. My disgusting Lidl one don't quite cut the mustard.

Yes, easy. The best way is to microwave up the amount of milk you want just below boiling, then stick it in a coffee percolator and pump it up and down through the milk. That should get loads of little bubbles into it. Bang it a bit, swirl and stick it in. Perfect. Loads of guides on YouTube.
My Nespresso Inissia machine isn't listed on the compatibility list. Worth a punt or not?

Worth a punt. A lot of the plastic ones seem to work in mine.

Just checked and it still works fine and all the pods are on the first page it goes to. Not sure why your's isn't working, sorry. If for some reason it takes you to the home page, make sure you go into the coffee club section.
