I'd posted this a few months back but it seems to be back!

UPS next day delivery up to 10KG from £4.80 when using access point to access point.

Maximum Parcel Weight - 20 kg

Maximum Parcel Length - 0.8 m

Maximum Parcel Length+Girth - 2.2 m

Or up to 20KG for £6!!

Access Point to Door around £1 more.

Comes with £50 insurance as standard!

Before anyone says it, yes it is powered by parcel2go, but the parcel is delivered by UPS and as far as couriers go, they are one of the most reliable.

You're stating the obvious.

Apparently the obvious, isn't so obvious to everyone

I booked an access point to door service yesterday and it worked on that so don't see why not

Not necessarily, I normally prefer to use access points as no one is at home during the day so it allows me to collect after work or drop off in my time and not have to worry about collection.

Everyone's need is different I guess.
I needed this a few weeks ago. Ended up paying £20+ for a 18kg parcel oO

take a look at transglobal express
Up to 20KG? I'll weigh my kid but I think he is lighter than this, will send him somewhere nice for a holiday
Lol, 'Next-day', they want to be sued under the Trade Descriptions Act. They by no means guarantee next day delivery, and of both parcels I've sent with them, one took two days, the other took three.

Agreed, they told me next day but ended up delivering in 2 days
I'd avoid UPS like the plague, they are by far the worst courier I've had the misfortune of dealing with (IMO)
Quid cheaper than DPD that I have been using so gets my vote!

They've been good for me.
Now UK Mail! They've taken over 10 days to deliver a next day service. Never ever use them!

Ask the person to post it back to you and then re-post it using this offer? (_;)
Thanks OP great find and at the perfect time for me
Looks good will give it a go on my next shipment.
Door to door is not £1 more. It is £9 excluding Vat, £10.80 including VAT.
Anythings better than Hermes
Beware. You are not dealing directly to UPS. upstoday.com is third part company. In case of any problems this company hasn't got even customer support phone, but online chat.
Also, for a parcel of 7kg, 80x45x16 = £5.00 excl VAT, £6 incuding VAT access point to access point. Anyone know why this isn't £4.80inc VAT?

It's volumetric weight is 11.52kg.
Nah...I will stick with what I know....I send small packets under 2kg for £2.80 all the time ...always been reliable but saying that I have heard nothing but good things about UPS as opposed to some couriers so might give them a go.
Only used UPS once and never again!
Ordered a parcel, rung them in advance to collect from access point instead of trying to deliver as no one was in.
Ignored my request and didnt send it to access point until end of the day and shop closed by then.
I'm sure any service is better than Hermes, recently sent a computer PSU, buyer received the same parcel but found the PSU had been swapped with face cream...

i shipped royalmail via parcelmonkey mid December.

You have to make sure the parcel is dropped off by about 12 to get next day delivery. I must have sent 20 or so parcels and everyone has been next day delivery as long as I got it to the drop off shop in the morning. So much better than Collect+ and my hermes where parcels take a few days at best and UPS is a lot cheaper.
UPS awesome if trying to dispose of dead bodies, they'll never be seen again X) X) X)
Can't believe no one's mentioned this "deal" isn't with UPS at all, but when Parcel2Go - a cut price parcel broker with zero customer service and nothing other than a great shower of crooks.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
opaninkofi

Why?

The drivers don't bother ringing the bell, even after setting up a redelivery. Every single time i've had to go down to their bloody depot to collect it myself.
bigtone1943

Exactly the problem I had with them, the drivers are the laziest **** around.
As i work for UPS I can ship up to 70KG for £4.99 anywhere in the UK

I used Alphaparcel a couple of weeks ago. Cheapest I found although CS/tracking is a bit shoddy but the parcel got there (a major problem to Russia) quickly. Hope it helps.
