Not if you live near a post office or Burtons store... The nearest store is 15 minutes away and the post office is 10 minutes away from me. And I'm pretty sure most people go to a town centre/shopping centre featuring a Burtons at least once a fortnight anyway.

Does that definately work? I've never tried it because I assumed they'd take the delivery charge out of your refund.

Anyone know if they've got the retro Scotland football tops reduced instore? Been waiting for them to go on sale again.

Yep this will work fine, especially if you just return to store. They simply refund whatever you take back, the store assistant would not have a clue about delivery charges, there would be no reason for them to charge you a delivery charge once it has already been delivered! And you are spot on, most people will pass a post office or Burtons within a few weeks of receiving the items. All you need to do is order something like a £40 pair of jeans (or 2) and take them back saying you don't like them or have simply changed your mind, nothing wrong with this at all

Oops forgot to mention that I spent £30, which with the 10% off gave me the £3.

I use the cheapest delivery which was 3.95p if I recall. And that took it to that.
All in all, £1 off delivery every £10 you spend.
