Just noticed that EMP have started their sales a little earlier this year with over 10,000 items reduced by upto 70% Off. Offer includes lots of Branded collectibles / clothing & merchandise, delivery is £3.95 per order or Free when you spend £40.

I would strongly suggest people check out EMP's Facebook and Trustpilot rating before placing an order. They are in absolute chaos, I placed an order on the 6th of December and it didn't appear until the 20th. Many people can't get refunds processed and their customer service is abysmal. They do not answer e-mails or answer the phone (which is a premium line).

Top quality items, appalling customer service.
Highly suggest everyone avoid.

Still waiting for my item from the 4th December, ordered 2, received one, only got invoiced for 1, charged for 2 (despite the one not being sent being in stock the whole time)

No refund, not replied to my paypal dispute, not replied to the 30 emails ive sent or the countless facebook messages.


Avoid big time. right mess.

I have had no issues with EMP had to return and item for a replacement and it was dealt with quickly. Nothing wrong with the product I just picked the wrong size

It does take about 2 weeks to receive any order as most come from Germany.
Great company to deal with
I ordered 4th December and it took 11 days. I do need to return one faulty item but will wait until the chaos has died down. I think system issues with mega amounts of orders has totally overwhelmed them. I have ordered a few times and had no issues. People sending multiple messages and bitching at them on Facebook doesn't help. I'm off for a nosey

Neither did I when I used them a few months back. But after the experience with my December order I won’t be going any where near them again

I love the products on this site! a little pricey, but heat definitely added. and their facebook customer service team is one of the best I have dealt with!

How about waiting a month and no reply to emails, Facebook messages or answering phone calls? Emp have gone massively down hill since end of November. Pretty sure their staff is non existent.

That isn't the problem, the problem is their non-existent customer service. They have struggled to deal with their backlog of orders since Black Friday. There are countless complaints since then of people trying to get order updates from the customer service team, not just from that week but for Christmas deliveries too. EMP have just flat out refused to publicly address the issue in a manner that would satisfy customers, on-top of that their social media and e-mail system bombard those same customers with constant promos and offers resulting in more and more orders, which infuriates those waiting for outstanding orders that are alledgedly 'in stock'. Numerous people have gone to Trading Standards over their Christmas debacle and the majority could only get answers from EMP once they raised a dispute with Paypal.

Waiting 3 weeks for an item doesn't bother me one bit personally but when items are in stock and they are advertising 3 - 5 days delivery, it is a complete joke to keep people waiting 3 weeks without any form of contact meanwhile.

When my order did finally arrive I was really pleased with the items, so I have no problems in terms of that. I will however be waiting for some more positive reviews and confirmation their 'warehouse issues' are over with before placing another order.

Taking peoples money and not delivering the goods at Christmas is devastating to any companies reputation, especially when you can't reach customer service to cancel the order and return the funds. Personally I hope they resolve whatever problems they are having since they seem the only decent retailer for rock-wear clothing.
I have bought a few cheap Disney tops from them recently, it took just over a week to arrive, the quality of the items were great. I placed another order but they removed one of the items due to 'stock error'. A bit annoying but they did give me a £5 voucher to compensate me, so not too bad. Though I did do my research before ordering, there are a lot of bad reviews about their customer service. I wouldn't want to return a item, contacting them sounds like a pain.
On a side note. EMP had till the 23rd to reply to PayPal on the dispute I raised and escalated.

they still havnt. Hopefully they just straight out refund my money now without any other issues. Never had to raise a PayPal dispute before.
