Am I the only one slightly worried about WHY anyone would need this?

For all the good it would do me I might as well stick it up my a**rse!

Typical, same thing happened with the Blackview A7. I order from gearbest and it comes up for a bit more on Amazon a few days later! Worth the extra imho!

Thanks op, ordered. Not sure why, but looks like it could be useful one day. Haha.

Ordered one of these from gearbest last time they were on here. It arrived yesterday and doesn't work, my phone keeps connecting/disconnecting.

Crumbs. Just missed out.

Ordered and received one of these and I can not get it to work on my android by USB C.

Vehicles, PC or mechanical repairs. I know you were being tongue in cheek but for £5 these tnings are massively useful.

100% claimed. Expired.

I bought one to find a leak in the main waste pipe that runs from the loft down to floor level. The alternative was paying £200 for someone to stick a camera up from the drain.

Great bit of kit for down the old japs eye.

Better to get a semi rigid one surely?

You can stick this deal up your a***

Well worth buying just to leave it in sight of drunk uncle Darren on Christmas day evening.....

Oos

My oh my you lot buy some useless junk!

sold out. ended.

Had a similar problem with one ordered via eBay. Connecting/disconnecting most likely caused by excessive voltage drop over the long cable, which is at limit of USB spec. Got mine to work by hacking 1.5M off the cable and re-soldering (a bit fiddly...) to the PCB within the plastic shell of the dimmer switch. Even then it only works with some devices (fine with an old Samsung Note but occasional disconnects with a newer Moto G).

Probably better to order one with 2m or at most 3.5m cable, in the first place.

Great idea, thanks. Mine is the 5m version too. The LEDs stay lit even when the phone disconnects so your probably correct. Not sure my soldering skills are up to Tge task though.
