Want to triple your USB port? You can now, using the 1-to-4 USB port replicator for a pound. Im sure they cost more elsewhere. Very useful if you have many USB devices (printer, usb phone data cable, usb cable for camera etc.) and have to use them simultaneously... They also have a slimline version of this stuff...

i wouldnt want to use my printer and camera and phone through this...as not powered which means it will be slow and some devies wont work through it, not bad if you just need to connect devices but not much cop for transferring data etc.
No heat left...as is still a good price if thats all you need it for.

USB hubs for £1 from poundland have been posted before, some of which haven't been USB2. Is this USB2 or not?

It shouldn't be any slower than normal, although any device that requires full power & speed from USB like a portable hard drive is obviously better off on a port of it's own.

If it's USB 2.0 then a bargain.
If not then it's cold...

No they are not USB 2.0. Bought one 3 weeks ago and took it back.

the power supplied over usb only (split over the 4 ports) sometimes means that certain devices dont work or work slower then usual

pretty much nothing will work with these things, a complete and utter waste of time and money (£1).

Never found a USB2 hub in Pound land yet

Bought a couple of these and chucked them

Then used the short USB extensions to separate 2 USB ports too close together :santa:

Funny, I bought this the other week and linked two printers I have on it (Laser B&W) and 3in1 colour inkjet, and it works fine. Will likely also work with any low speed devive like mice, keyboards, et al.
