It' not the 1st time this company have waved a deal in your face, only to ultimately let you down at the last moment.

If like the previous iPhone offer of 20% off (which I did successfully).

The 20% discount doesn't show at checkout, they credit it back to your account within a few weeks.I received an email after the transaction and then a few days later to advise they would be crediting the money and then another when they did.

It is possible the code isn't fully live yet, given there is no banner on the website (for me the App updated first for the iPhone deal)

I opened a "non-credit" very account some years ago to take advantage of a glitch but the order was cancelled so I never ended up buying anything from Very. I never get any emails from them. Would I have to buy something on credit first?

Make sure in your contact preferences you allow them to send you emails and posts. Leaving items in your basket sometimes helps. My wife and I get discount codes every few months. Generally £50 off £100 or £30 off £60. Hope it helps

I have just been in a live chat with Very CS. Seemed to get a helpful one! You need a buy now pay later option on your account and he said it should be valid for anyone with one of those accounts. The offer ends on the 12th April and the 20% is credited back to your account on the 24th May. Anyone who needs screenshots of conversation to back up any claim in the future let me know!
