Slightly misleading price on the headline there as it is described with 8GB RAM etc - the ACTUAL price of the PC with Operating System and RAM is Condition: is £186

That is not in any way saying that it is hot, cold or lukewarm - just not QUITE as the headline suggests.

Not voted wither way, as I have commented....

There have been quite a few of these lappy deals lately which is good for those that need a nearly new one...
Description should be changed to 4GB RAM to reflect price of £150

Or change price to £168 for 8GB option

thank you. I have made changes in the title.
Better still, with windows/10 pro, you can "backgrade" to windows/7 pro!

How? I assume a reformat is needed?
Their B-Grade: "Scratching on lid / pressure marks on screen / bubbles on screen." The example pictures of the screen issues are scary. I couldn't live with that... Would need a new screen. Shame. Would have made an excellent laptop for my boy. Not voted either way. There really aught to be some universal definition for these used grades... Somebody that hurriedly grabbed this bargain is going to get a nasty surprise.

Bought this laptop from the same seller about 6 months ago, its been fantastic, would highly recommend. Laptop was like new when it arrived. The SSD makes it fly along. The only slight negative has been the battery only lasting a few hours but not really an issue for me. Good customer service too when I made an error when purchasing.

The specs for this deal state: Brand new battery fitted

"Downgrade", and Win7 ends extended support next January so it might only be good for 12 months.

Everyone running Win7 should be looking to "upgrade" to Win10.

It would have to bee a non OEM battery at that price.
Bought this before Christmas with 8 gb memory and windows 10 for £156 with 15% off code at the time. Wasn't expecting much but the laptop is in near mint condition. There is a light 1 cm scrape on the side of laptop. Screen is perfect.
But you do have to take a chance and hope you don't get a bad one...

They must now be replacing all the batteries as a few people who also bought the laptop were complaining about the battery life. Even it is a after market battery it will be an improvement.

Snap! I did the 8gb upgrade and used the 15% code at the time. I found that you don't need to buy Windows, if you just install Windows it already has a licence registered to the laptop.
Very tempted ...

I've a 256gb disk and 4gb of ram that'd fit this just sat here.

Would that be at the back of the laptop

The info nowadays is held in BIOS - I suppose on older machines there may still be a certificate of authentification stuck on the machine somewhere.
Shame it only takes msata drives.
Anyone else with a ghosting/image retention problem on the screen, especially on a dark background?
Mine turned up yesterday and i have this too. disappears after alittle while and will see how it goes as it has 6 month warranty but on a plus point it was previously a windows 8 pro so just install windows 10 and no need to buy a license (well in my case anyway)

I'm not sure about that, but I can say the build quality is excellent, premium feel keyboard and has Gorilla glass
Just got one of these. Excellent support from seller. VAT invoice provided. No marks on the screen at all, it seems pristine. The shell has scratches on the side. Overall looks really good , clearly second hand but for the price can’t complain. I went for the 2 years warranty.
Tbh this is for the restaurant manager to place orders and check emails , it would have scratched in less than a week (a brand new iPad was smashed in 24h and had to pay £200 to replace the screen - Apple gave me a brand new one)...
Is the 8gb swapping a 4gb for an 8gb, or just adding another 4gb?
Received one a couple of days ago. Screen perfect, marks to the top and bottom of the case but inside spot on, slight blistering on the trackpad.
For this money a real bargain. Fast for it's age, portable and the touch screen is very nice. If you need a laptop for on the go and don't mind the odd nick and bump you can't go wrong.

I put 16gb of Kingston hyperx memory in mine. Great laptop.
I've had mine since Sept 2018 and was near mint. Gutted mine was £180 with no operating system and only 4 gb memory, but still great deal.
