CLA, or Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a naturally occuring nutrient that can be found in a wide variety of foods such as beef, turkey and even some dairy products. However, although it is found in naturally occuring sources, these are all in relatively small amounts, meaning that USN’s CLA Pure 1000 can offer you an additional supply of what is a key part of our Body makeover Range.

Waste of money. Has absolutely zero health benefits.

In fact, you're literally paying money to give yourself increased risk of inflammation.

Absolute dribble! Proper CLA which is tonalin CLA has serous benefits for burning fat. i personally know this and scientific studies show this, unlike placebo like rasberry keytones which has never had any scientific studies.
This brand is junk though like most of the supplements industries and if you want decent quality you should not be paying less than £30 to £40 or you will just be getting basic safflower oil or worse and you will need a minimum or 3 to 4 grams a day,but more important a decent diet and cardio routine.

Dearly me what a load of garbage. Must of been drunk when she posted.
A simple Google shows the benefits of using, however small against a placebo.

Not an opinion.

The scientific studies proved this.

People will buy any old snake oil these days.

No, your post is the "drivel".

"Likewise, there is insufficient evidence that CLA has a useful benefit for overweight or obese people as it has no long-term effect on body composition" and that's from the analysis of randomised clinical trials.

At £30 or £0.49, it's still a scam.

Yeah, most supplements are absolutely useless garbage, I fully agree

"However, human studies on CLA are very unreliable and the overall effects seen with CLA are not overly potent as well as sometimes contradicting. CLA is a good research standard to investigated fatty acids and the PPAR system, but its usage as a supplement for personal goals is quite lacklustre."
