Usually i'd be inclined to agree but the free shaker is from Reflex and seems very good from reading the reviews..

Nonetheless when you take into account the price of the shaker and the original deal it kind of cancels itself out...lol

Ill just stick to a bowl of porridge and a banana
Only lemon and lime (sounds nasty) and fruit punch (is nasty) at this price.
Raspberry lemonade here though (and slightly cheaper too)

no way in a million years is a banana and porridge going to get you the results jacked will . its like comparing someone consuming 400grammes of protein daily to "ill stick to my one tin of tuna a day" thinking they will get similar results
also, this is NOT no explode ....jack3d is far superior

hmm guess i just want to be able to have a good workout without any supplements. I only use protein shakes nowadays. The thing is though will jack3d have the same effect each time or will your body get used to it?
I'll give this a go. I usually take a concoction of L-Tyrosine, ALCAR, Guarana and a few other bits.

Not necessarily 45 servings though. Serving size may be 3 scoops which would give you 15 servings. Less scoops per serving = basic maths.
Just did a bit of research. Seems to b overall good. Here is a link for review from twinmuscle - I have found that everything they say seems to be true and accurate.

Here's one from same guys about building muscle overall, and after watching this on might just get it

OK after a bit more research i'd say its good but just like many of the others. Your body gets used to it. Just take it once or twice a week on days where you're really tired

yes, your body does grow a tolerance over time. but as you say .use it periodically / when you need it most as in your heavy days or a stubborn bodypart routine that needs you to give it 110% . i use mine once maybe twice a week and one of those is on leg day as i dread that pain but jack3d will make you want to train hard and focused .
Newbie to the gym here, exactly what is this stuff?

sounds about right. In that case it is great. I train in mma now however so instead of having an intense one hour workout, its morere of 15 mins high intensity and 45 mins drilling. Thanks for the post

i would not recommend jack3d for you as you are new to the gym and your hunger and entusiasm for the gym at this early stage should be enough to get you your initial gains . this is a stimulent that you take 30 minutes or so before a workout and it WILL give you your best workouts ever . ive never known anyone say they trained like a woos when on this stuff .

What if you're on a ketogenic diet?

I don’t even know what that mean, but that pleases me.

It shouldn't, because you'd be ripped if you did know what it was.

just did a search on it oO I believe as long as you eat clean, have 5 small meals throughout the the day treat yourself once a week you'll do good. AND of course push yourself in training each time. A diet shouldn't involve cutting a lot of things out it should be balanced. Each meal should have a good amount of carbs, protein and good fats.
