I wouldn't put your toe in the water when installing a light bulb......Just a bit of advice

Call me a worrier but I'd be thinking twice about putting suspiciously cheap chinese electrics in my kids bedroom.

I'm not a brand snob and I know most electronics are made in China but I'd rather pay a bit more in the hope that it meets all the proper regulations and is as safe as can be.

The OP says 350LM. Unless you're after old money, in which case I believe it's about 40W.

Only 4Watts, less than half the Xiaomi at 9 Watts.

Please don't buy any thing from GearBest website I purchased an item back in September and it never arrived I have been fighting with them for my money back with no success . This is a Chinese company that can't be trusted

Take that with a pinch of salt... you can have a bad experience with any company.
I've bought LOADS of things from Gearbest, not one thing has failed to arrive so far. You do have the option to pay for insured shipping, which should make life easier in the event of a claim which is advisable for higher value purchases.

Pay with PayPal and you'll be fine, can always get a refund through them.
