Yeah, they're a bit on the small side for living in.

I’d live one of these but can’t quite justify the price compared with how much I might actually use it.

Great deal though, voted hot!
These are excellent. Really well made and the pizzas are superb.
I upgraded from the Uuni 2 to the 3 last year and the difference is amazing! Uuni has taken all the good bits from the 1-2 and 2s and added some extra improvements to make the 3.

Positioning the burner house further from the pizza stone means that the pizza now cooks more evenly.
A small hole on the side can be used to light the pellets using a gas torch.
The hopper is much easier to adjust compared to the 2 and 2s

This deal is very hot! (pardon the pun)
Bought one last time this deal was on. It's amazing and as one commenter said, dangerous for the waistline!
Love my uuni 3,I'd have pizza every day (if the wife and kids would let me). It's been cheaper though it's a decent saving. Plumb Centre sell Balcas brites pellets cheap, they're used by many on the FB uuni forum. Gas burner (£50ish) is convenient as it removes the pellet/fire inconsistencies (and allows me to use it in the kitchen - not recommended).

I have the uuni 2 and its great. Bought a cheap infra red thermometer from amazon and found the pellets burn better if they are dried out a bit, so either leave a tray on a radiator or in my greenhouse. Once a bag is opened they absorb moisture.

Extremely warm and yet carbon neutral central heating though. Swings and roundabouts really.
Good deal iwishihadadonkey!

These are brilliant, and this is a great price! I just wish I was better at rolling out/shaping the dough into a base!

Where do you live? Need to establish if going to be easy for me to pop round and stick in your greenhouse or not!

Surely they aren't food grade pellets? I assume fuel Vs food has a difference?

It was also the best offer may be worth a punt

So called food grade pellets are just ENPlus A1 pellets. No specific set standard for food grade pellets existed last year when I was shopping for pellets.

He is right. If you are interested here is the Handbook for the Certification of Wood Pellets for Heating Purposes, Version 2.0 as issued by the European Pellet Councilenplus-pellets.eu/wp-…pdf
Hands up......who else started their pizza cooking career by sliding all the toppings into the oven, leaving the base on the peel?
Get the gas adapter, much easier and more consistant results than faffing around with pellets.

Agreed, but I love making fire. Using gas makes me feel like I'm cheating though it is easier to use (I use butane, works fine with the butane regulator).

Sticking pizza can be an issue, I use semolina flour on the peel...
mysupermarket.co.uk/tes…tml
though planning to buy some screens to allow multiple pizzas to be made ready for firing.
I have one it's fantastic, couple of minor gripes: 1. Temp control is a major issue. 2. The stone can get burnt semolina on it and can cause subsequent pizzas to be covered in a soot. I think I will be purchasing the gas converter it might solve the issues.

I ruined someones pizza paddle doing that when I used their oven in France. Couldn't get it clean no matter what I tried.

Went back the following year and finally mastered it!
Where do people have this? Outside?
Friend at work told me about it and he said its revolutionary. Once they got the dough right this has become a household essential. Love that you can cook steak but I will wait til it drops a bit more in price or get 2nd hand cleanish one.

Yes aupposed to be. Someone above said they use it inside and if careful I do not see why not except the smells.
I bought one a while back. Great as a pizza oven and add a few sizzler pans in it and it's a BBQ too. Best decision!!!
Thanks so much op! Husband was looking this for his birthday and I near paid full price yesterday
Had planned to purchase the Uuni 3 with the bag and pellets so was thrilled to see this deal this morning. Went to checkout and realised delivery to Northern Ireland was £18.95 so discount all but disappears.
Still a great find so have some heat!
Does this need the £10 discount to get the £213 price. It showed as the higher for me. Don’t forget 4.2% TopCashback

Please don't use inside. Must be a CO risk.
Pizza peeler? But the peel is where all the nutrients are!

I am considering this yet is not really a priority for making great pizza. I have a 4.5kg cast iron griddle plate which I bring to 270-300 C on the gas cooker then put it in the preheated oven with pizza in a round thin tray on top. I use a infrared thermometer to control the heat.

The tray prevents a crisp base from forming so I take the griddle out, put it on the gas cooker again and slide the pizza off the tray on it for a couple of minutes. Once is done bring the griddle to top heat again and repeat.
Basically the griddle stores heat, the normal oven simply does not have the power to cook a pizza as it transfers the heat through air.

Use fresh yeast and pizza flour and make the dough stretchy.

But I would still like to have the Uuni 3 oven.
Great oven, i use mine with gas or pellets (balcas brites). I once cooked 40 pizzas on pellets with out issue. Also great for cooking chicken kebab 😁

Use an infrared thermometer to find out when the temperature peaks and thin metal sheet pizza trays to keep oven clean. Spray trays with oil before use.

The standard free delivery is for UK Mainland. Under Delivery Destination there’s an option for Northern Ireland which makes it an “International Delivery” apparently! Maybe worth trying I guess. Let me know if they contact you about it. Cheers.
