You're obviously not doing it right. I've never had a problem and been using one for a while. Great price OP.

Great reserved

Great price, reserved one thanks. It's a V-Fit GE1 rebadged.

go to any carboot and you will find these things by the dozen, don't pay more than a quid! haha!

anyway they shouldnt hurt your neck if you do it right, i had that problem first time i used one but there is a technique to it and it just ensures you follow proper form to do a sit up.

good price for brand new anyway voted hot.

If that works for you, fair play, but I think these little things can help people alot.

only 2 left in colchester. reserved one.. good find..

Don't see the point in these, they have a few at the gym, and they never get used always chucked to the side, whats wrong with standard sit ups?

This will do nothing to reduce the fat around your tummy. You do that by eating properly, cutting out the alcohol and finding an excercise routine that you'll stick to.

If you lose the fat, you *might* see some abs definition as a result of using this, but not in a million years will this thing do anything useful as your only concession to toning up.

The usual mistake with any excercise routine is "Right, I've been to the gym, I shall treat myself to a cappucino and a bunch of cakes".

I lost 10 stone in 6 weeks using this. I got a 6 pack in the process and I could eat anything I wanted. voted HOT

watch this vid if you are going to buy this product youtube.com/wat…maE

we used to have these down the gym a few years ago but they all got replaced by gym balls which are far more veritile imo

Don't bother with these things seriously. If you want abs, cardio is your answer.

Mega price, just what you need post Christmas!"

is that not more to do with full body (legs and arms) and not really stomach as much .......... ?

You can't spot reduce fat, stomach crunches won't burn fat on the stomach just like a treadmill won't burn fat on the legs.

You have to be expending more calories than you are consuming, which will result in weight loss and the revealing of your abs, cardio is a tool you can use to do this. You would be better off buying a good skipping rope than this sit up thing to be honest.

Fixed that for you.

You can do crunches and cardio til the cows come home, but if you eat poorly then you'll never see what's under the layer of fat.

HIIT, (free) weight training and a good diet is what's needed.

HIIT is not such a good thing to be doing starting out

Does it come with free will power?

A good diet is a given, I assumed most people knew that and yes I would not advise HIIT for a beginner.
